On Monday I filled in Sunday's details - which was the last day of the survey. When I have logged on to check since the screen thanks me for updating, tells me there are no more available days and then asks me to come back tomorrow - That's what got me wondering if there is going to be another week/s of survey.

Thats what im getting, ive only entered 2 days of tele programmes
  • I have been a member of VO for years. I try to not spend just save my money then get all my reward out a month before christmas in Amazon vouchers. (Amazon vouchers are processed instantly and arrive through your email) I have tried getting Argos vouchers and many of them, the Argos branch in Dundee, would not accept. Once I was even told they were fake and the branch called in the local bobby! I stick with Amazon now! The surveys are great, the more surveys you do, the more surveys they will send. Many have a month in waiting for payment, but all get credited to your account eventually. They are a pain in the bum to contact, when i tried to contact them about the Argos vouchers, they became very rude and threatened to close my account. My advice, stick with amazon vouchers. No hassle with them!

I haven't been with VO for very long but I decided to redeem a voucher as soon as I got to £10. I ordered a M&S voucher on 18/5 and it arrived on the 5/6 - not as quick as getting an Amazon voucher but not bad. I've now decided to let money mount up (hopefully) and then get vouchers out to buy xmas pressies with.

Just got an email from VO saying that they will send the follow-up survey regarding the TV viewing habits tomorrow. Then after that, they will credit our account with £12.50 hopefullyicon7.gif

I've never had any problem with any of the vouchers from VO & over the last year have had M&S, Boots & Argos ones from them.
If I had had that problem with a particular branch of Argos I think I would have written to their HO about the attitude.

They were changing from one time from gift vouchers to gift cards. Possibly a lot of old stock of vouchers may of caused some confusion as argos now expected people just to have gift cards.
