I still haven't had any feedback about the Cadbury Clusters or the TV survey diary thing
. Haven't had any contact from VO for about a week!

Just phoned up the VO head office to enquire why I had been blocked. Here is a summary of what has been said:
You get blocked for trying to acess surveys more than once, even if the survey freezes.
You complete surveys too quickly.
You give vague answers.
Be warned, if you do any of the above 10 times you are put on a blocked list! I have asked to be unblocked and they are going to put me onto the list to be unblocked in the next week.

Hi I have just had email to complete the last bit of the survey for the clusters then your £10 will be given, I clicked the link to complete and said I could not complete it,I did more than the 3 text needed to earn the voucher,cant understand it,I have just sent them an email.Anyone else manage to complete survey? x0 -

Anyone else doing the charity text thingy? I keep sending them texts in the correct format. they reject them sayng I havent done them right and also will not let me log into the diary sayng I havent sent a text when I have sent several.What Would Bill Buchanan Do?0

Dear Valued Opinion Member
Thank you very much for making the effort to writing this letter. I am very sorry to read your disappointment with valued Opinions.
I completely understand your situation and the frustration you must feel not being able to take our surveys anymore.
In the past we have been exposed to malicious panellists giving untruthful responses and manipulating research results. Obviously, this compromises the quality of all data collected and puts our service at risk.
We have therefore been forced to implement a system to prevent this from re-occurring. The correspondences we have received has alerted us that some of our loyal and certainly very much valued panellists, such as yourself, have been adversely affected by these issues and for this we are truly sorry.
We are currently working hard on finding a solution to address this serious issue which, although help us to improve the quality of our service, causes so much frustration among our members. We expect to have eradicated this issue over the next week in aim of notifying you of our services being available again soon. In the meantime, regrettably there is nothing I can do to improve the situation. All we can ask is for your continued patience while we focus our energies on solving this problem.
I hope that you will soon able to take our surveys again. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

But it has been more than a week since this problem started
I am aware that they need to do some vetting but this should be done before the surveys are even sent
I can see them losing a lot of people if this doesn`t improve
I had about £140 in my account which I have now claimed in case I decide I want to close my account so to speak0 -
I've had like £7 pending for the past three/four weeks
its really annoying£11,000 in 2011 = £71.740 -

its annoying when your stuck at 9.50 for weeks and theres loads waiting to go through
i think they do that on purpose0
