    I'm a bit gutted, as I've been a member for 2 and a half years and have never had a diary-keeping survey! They sound like they pay a lot better than the normal ones... I wonder what you have to do to get selected? I drink alcohol and watch TV, so why do I not get the alcohol and TV diary surveys?! I want one *stamps foot* :p

    I think VO have a mind of their own with how they select survey participants actually! I've said this before, but it drives me mad when you get kicked out of a survey and then they tell you 'we do have other surveys open right now, which may be suitable for you'. I always want to scream at them 'why didn't you send me the damn survey in the first place then, if I was suitable!' lol. Oh well!

    Oh, and my confirmed balance is stuck on £9.80...whats the betting it will take months and months for my pending surveys to become confirmed, so that I can get a voucher?! :rotfl:I still love VO though - they were the first survey company I joined and got me hooked!

    Attempting to pay off our debts! Balances Jan 2018 -
    Family member £3,700 - Virgin CC £1,000 - MBNA £1,700 - Barclaycard £2,500 (was £2,700) - Halifax CC £1,280

    I seem to be very lucky at the moment! Just doing a weekly lotto diary for £10, and I've also been chosen to do a £12.50 TV one in June too :beer:

    I also got this error message and emailed them and got the following email back;

    We are very sorry for the problems you have experienced trying to access surveys. Our new security system is blocking survey access due to an error. Please try to access surveys again on Tuesday as we should have fixed the issue by then.

    I've been a member of VO for some time and have completed quite a lot of surveys, or so I thought! When I checked my balance it says I've earnt £2.50, and I've never been offered any of the diary ones or anything over £1.50 per survey! :D

    Half the time it lets me start the survey then says it's not applicable to me. :confused:
