Has anyone else been doing the alcoholic drinks diary???

Its been going on for the last 30 odd weeks, thank god were nearly at the end of it, its not really been a hassle, logging on once a week to fill in the diary (they must think im an alcoholic pmsl)

Once its over,i get credited with £25.00 into my account.

I'm doing this too but will get £30

Hello, just wondering if anyone else had ever had this problem?

I have been a member of vo for about 2 years, only ever had one account, always used the same email address. Any ideas why this week I am getting this message when I click to start survey?

Thank you very much for your interest in our surveys. Unfortunately you can’t participate in this study. Our records indicate that your ID has already been registered for this project and/or data inconsistencies have been identified regarding the profile data you’ve provided.
If you need assistance or have any questions, please get in touch with our support team by sending any enquiries to enquiries@valuedopinions.co.uk

I have emailed vo, awaiting their reply.

Thanks

I think it may have something to do with the cookies they now use, did you perhaps do the same survey for a different company ie: global test market or toluna, as i have had 4 surveys lately with the same message. I do clear my cookies after doing them but it still seems to register your isp somehow.

The problem of already being registered for the survey - I emailed them at the weekend and I received a reply this morning telling me that its a software issue and they should have it rectified by Tuesday. Although it was working this afternoon when I did a survey from them.

I'm also completing the alcohol survey, it finishes around mid June.

Had a couple of surveys today from VO. Definitely my favourite at the minute.

Yep I got that too. Seems a lot better than GFK - you're only guaranteed £5 and that's if you're selected for an in-depth study.

Also got a massively long one for £5 from VO last week, worth it though!
