To be fair I'd rather they do this than the Maximiles approach of just completely removing any vouchers they can't afford to offer any more (and a 5% increase is hardly the end of the world. Yes I know surveys are paying less too but that's a separate issue and one that's an issue across almost all survey sites now sadly)

It seems there facebook is full of complaints (including mine) They have not said anything on there facebook page to the people. I will stay with the site but i am not happy about the charge. Just wish they gave me notice as i save mine up and claim twice a year in bulk.

You should never save up your points on any of survey sites, cash out as soon as you can, never know when they might suddenly go bust or withdraw your choice of redemption voucher (or, obviously, put up the cost)

I agree. I am glad I redeemed my £40 of vouchers before this happened otherwise I would have lost a bit on that amount with the changes that are now in place.
Just shows that things can change with no warning so it is better to redeem just to be on the safe side.

seems valued opinions now just let you finish survey that fail at the end and dont give you a reward.

then just deny you did and not pay you for you time.

starting to not be worth the bother at all

    Hi nottolate
I had the same problem, completing surveys and then it failing. Twice I've contacted then with the survey number and told them what happened. In both instance I recieved a reply the same day that said they would credit me for competing the survey and then recieved the money straight away. I'm wondering if they're just hoping some people won't bother complaining.

like many , and yet again, it seems to get to near the end of a particularly tricky survey (one on betting sites today) and suddenly there is no way to move on or forward to the final pages. Unbelieveable. Either their programmer who designs these is rubbish or they have rigged it. As you say , Face book page is ignored although most companies I know jump through hoops if it is on Facebook as everyone can see the problems.

I've had a few VO surveys failing at the last page lately.

They have all been high paying surveys, the most recent was for £4. Previously I completed two for approx. £6, they were follow ons from testing a hair colour.

I have emailed about the last survey which failed, will see what happens.

I wondered whether the problems were to do with using a Macbook Pro, Safari, and not a PC.

Anyone else use Safari to complete VO surveys?

My PC is just boring old windows. I do find that using Chrome causes issues so have to complete Valued Op's on Firefox but they still screen out or go haywire at times so it seems to be them
