  • I love VO at the moment as yesterday I received 90 dishwasher tablets to test over the next 12 weeks. And if I do the follow-up surveys there'll be another £4 coming my way.

But apart from that I find VO to be one of the better survey sites and when I've had to contact them I've always had a good response.

Fingers crossed I haven't just jinxed it!

Really pleased for you Bernadette as you are getting things done as they should be but compared to some other sites, VO does have some bad hiccups that a lot of us experience

I've just cashed in 3x £10 Argos vouchers. However, it seems you can only use one voucher per transaction. Does anyone know where this is specified as I can't find it?

In the past I have used more than one when buying in store without any problem.

Had three surveys in the early hours of the morning, just got round to doing them. One let me get half way through before saying they had reached maximum number of participants, one was already closed, and the other was just an update on my info to send me better surveys.

As redagila I have used multiple vouchers in the past without issue.

VO kicked into touch since they started charging members for vouchers.

Just had a survey, first question: Are you male or female (I am female)... 'Unfortunately blah blah...'

What is the point in filling in a profile and completing personal info surveys so they can send relevant survey invites to you, when they can't even get something as simple as your gender correct?

You can have three surveys, at one time , and have to fill in the same data, only to be rejected. Why can't they filter on sex, age and region before contacting you ?

Others, like My Survey already charge to redeem as, there, 550 points are required for a £5 voucher.

On Valued Opinions, Amazon vouchers seem to be the best value as you only pay 50p per £15 voucher, instead of 50p per £10.
