Nope, not at all. I do get constant errors in the post-survey/screenout questions (the "We may have a suitable survey, just answer these questions" pages), they always error when submitting my response. But the actual surveys, no problems at all.
I emailed them again about this, given I'm not the only one experiencing it, and got the following reply: "I have reset your account, hopefully this helps prevent this issue"

I think they've completely ignored the detailed error description, web addresses and screenshots I provided to explain the error and just given a generic solution, so not expecting it to be sorted sadly. Which is a shame/annoying when you've gone to such lengths to give as full and detailed explanation as possible to help them fix it.

If the issue isn't resolved you can also contact by phone.

    Call 0845 257 3299 or 020 7084 3482

Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.30am and 5.30pm

It might help to speak to someone, they were very helpful when I phoned a while ago.

    Good luck

I'm not that bothered, it's not affecting my actual surveys, just thought they would appreciate being notified of, and helped with, some sort of coding or redirect error on their own site.

I've more or less given up on this site. Why? Low payments.

Just had an email invitation to do a survey lasting a predicted 20 minutes, for just 75p. That's £2.25 an hour. No way!

Have done just one VO survey in last six weeks or so. 50p for 10 minutes I can just about accept, depending on how busy I am and my mood!

  • Love this site. Just requested another £10 Argos Voucher now have £40 and have an Argos £25 Gift Card from elsewhere so that is a new microwave all paid for.

I look at it another way. when I usually do this I am either doing other stuff on the computer and not getting paid anyhow. Or as a fill in between doing jobs around the house so once again might as well earn a bit. It all goes to the total payout.

Yes, fair enough, and I do know where you're coming from. But my point of view is that I have seen rewards diminish over the years in many (but not all) of the survey companies, and I'm fed up with being used in this way. I've no idea whether VO is making money or not - but they're not doing it on my slave labour.

If you trawl back earlier in this thread you will find my experience of doing several hours worth of work for V.O. (uploading multiple photographs, answering extensive surveys) and getting £164 of Amazon vouchers for my time. That was certainly worth doing. I agree the normal surveys can be a PITA when they screen you out 10 minutes into the thing, but VO aren't unique in this.

Not sure of the point you're making. If you were paid adequately for the hours you did, no problem. I also said in my last post that VO are not alone in reducing payments (or, as you say, in screening out).

My only point is that given the reduced payments they are now offering, I will not be participating. Less than £3 per hour is not acceptable to me, though it may well be to others.

We will each make our choice.

From the point of view of market research, though, there could be a change in the range of the population surveyed if sufficient numbers think as I do. But no doubt their techniques will be on top of that when selecting and screening respondents.

By the way, I did reply to your post about the long survey on 20 August last, saying that I admired your stamina.

I like VO, I've been doing it since last May and I think I've had £50 now, ok not a massive amount but I don't actually spend that much time on it really, maybe 30 minutes a week depending on how many surveys I get. Some weeks (like last week for example) I managed to complete I think 5 surveys whereas other weeks I might only do 1, just depends. I get Boots vouchers which Im saving up for Xmas
