It looks as though you are asking what the consequences would be if you steal it? Why do you think they want the product returned? Could you ask them whether they would allow you to keep it?

I've not had that before but if you have been sent a return envelope then you should send it back in case you lose your account. Better to be safe rather than risking losing your account or them not sending you surveys anymore. However if you are really interested in keeping the product it can't hurt to at least send Valued Opinions an e-mail asking if you could keep it and see what they say. I have always had a reply to my queries very quickly.

Has any of you been asked to return the product youve tested but you kept it anyway? I ve received a product and Id like to keep it but im supposed to post it back when the trial is over, so i was wondering what can happen if i dont. Can they suspend my account? The product is from Valued opinions.

Hi Wiorika. I received a product to trial this morning and I'm guessing it's the same as you have. Mine came with a return envelope too. Never seen this before either.

Slightly gutted as I would like to keep mine! It seems a bit strange as the item is quite heavy and it's going to cost them quite a bit. Doesn't make too much sense. :(

I will play it safe and return it though. Don't want to get blacklisted or charged. Maybe it's a test of your honesty. Oh well, I'll just have to make the most of it while I've got it.

It's not yours to keep so send it back as they asked!

Just wondered if its just me: Has anyone else noticed an increase in the number of error messages when trying to access surveys? I keep getting an "internal error" message and its beginning to put me off bothering if I'm going to put aside time and then find the whole site is down. I have this problem more often than I don't and have contacted VO about it numerous times, each time they apologise and say it wont happen again and...same thing happens the next time. I was just wondering if it's just me or if anyone else is having these issues?
