Thanks everyone, I started a week ago and have been doing it casually and have nearly made my first £5. I am surprised I never found this one before!Comping, Claiming Freebies & Making Money Online0

Hi all. Does anyone have some of their surveys marked as 'survey started'? I've noticed this on quite a few of mine recently where I have definitely completed to the end (I know I have because I fill in the survey satisfaction thing at the end) and when I check my participation (which I do after every one now) it just says 'survey started'. I emailed last month about the ones I had noticed from then but just had an automated response and have had a couple more since. These are at least £1 a time surveys so as you can imagine they are adding up - it doesn't happen every time but enough for me to be getting miffed about it now.
Is anyone else getting this?:staradminHuuuuuuge thank you hugs to all posters:staradmin0 -

Had a couple of surveys that stated 'survey completed - reward pending'. Emailled about when reward would be added and received a very badly worded 'standard' response which didn't really make much sense - I think they were basically trying to say that the status had not been updated yet but very difficult to say!
On the plus side, just requested by first £10 voucher (been with them a couple of months) and now in the middle of a £4 survey (plus extra for upload of photos) which lasts a week - so hopefully the reward will be forthcoming.
Overall, happy with the surveys so far, although had a handful that were part-completed before being told not eligible (guess that's the way it goes some times!).Tis better to laugh :rotfl:than to cry(and freebies help :T)

I also have a few surveys that says the same, survey complete - reward pending.
But these ones don't show up in the pending credit lists and i have no idea how much i am meant to get as some of these were the surveys that gave you a range of money that could be credited.
I think VO is best survey site, signed to others but never actually get many surveys so i just stick to VO. Had one voucher and currently close to another, but taking ages for these credits to go on. Only been with them since August.0 -

He emailed them last week and they gave the standard "you're blocked because you rushed, contradicted yourself or gave the same answer to every question" response. He's sure that's not true as we both do our surveys honestly. We can only guess that one of the following happened:
a) they thought he "rushed" when really it doesn't take the stated time to do most surveys, e.g. he did a survey in 15 min that they said should take 30 min - perhaps if you're a slow reader or not very good at using a computer!
b) he accidentally clicked one wrong answer in human error and they got oversensitive about it
c) he had to answer no opinion/don't know/neither to a few questions in a row as the topic was something he wasn't knowledgeable about, so it was the only honest answer (this happened once before on another site, the surveys asked loads of questions about his kids, and he wasn't given any opportunity to say he didn't have any!) - so they wrongly assume he was clicking anything just to rush through
If it wasn't one of the above we have no idea!
He emailed back and asked for more info/to unblock his account. They sent the exact same copied and pasted response back. We're annoyed that he's got about £9 in his account that he can't access. If they won't unblock his account, will they pay him by Paypal or something instead? His account isn't closed as he can still log in etc.
I'm getting disillusioned with Valued Opinions, I'm not getting as many surveys as I used to, getting screened out of the ones I do get more often than not, and their support are useless. IPSOS are my current favourite, regular surveys, quick payouts and rarely screened out2020 Wins:

I wonder why they've replied to other people by email but not my OH. How long did it take other people to get it sorted by email?
My account keeps going inactive because my hotmail keeps taking it upon itself to add VO to junk even though I've got the 'Isabel' email address in my contact list. It's so annoying. I have to keep ringing them up to get my account reactivated. They are very helpful over the phone and it's much quicker than emailing but if your OH can't stomach ringing them how about getting a male friend to ring up pretending to be him to save the £9?0 -
