    This has happened to me today as well! Blooming annoying if they're not going to pay me for all that effort, but I will try again tomorrow and maybe contact them if it doesn't work.:mad:

    Nope. I just tried to access the final survey and received the "no access" message:

    "Thank you very much for your interest in our surveys. Unfortunately you can’t participate in this study. Our records indicate that your ID has already been registered for this project and/or data inconsistencies have been identified regarding the profile data you’ve provided."

    I've tried to access the survey a few times today, initially I get on but then I get a message saying the system has encountered an internal error and cannot go on with the interview at this stage. Please check back later.

    If I still can't get it to work tomorrow then I think i'll contact them to see what's happening.

    I've only had the "survey unavailable" message for nearly a week. Have had the standard automated reply from VO saying they would enquire with the survey provider, still waiting.
  • I've reported being able to complete the post survey now twice. They've sent me a new email each time, but I get the same problem. Firstly it tells me that I've completed parts of the survey, then when I click on 'ok' it tells me that my unique reference number is missing and to click on the link from the original email - arghhhhhh - if anyone gets it sorted then let me know. I'm going to give it another day and then ring.:mad:

    Although I haven't contacted them yet, I received another email with the link but i'm still getting an internal error message. This is so frustrating.
  • No reply so far to the message I sent them via their "Contact us" link. (I did get an automated acknowledgement).

    I just tried again to do the final survey and succeeded. The £5 was immediately available in my account. :)

    I'm still trying to get this survey completed but no luck :(

    I tried calling them yesterday and today but i'm only getting answerphones. Has anyone else that hasn't been able to complete the survey yet got any more info on this?
