  • has anyone got problems with money tracking? i've done 4 surveys over the past 2days and my balance is still sat at £2. it should have gone up to £4.75.

    has anyone got problems with money tracking? i've done 4 surveys over the past 2days and my balance is still sat at £2. it should have gone up to £4.75.
    VO rarely update the balance straight away (though strangely, for the first time in the two years I've been with them, they have been the last couple of weeks), are they showing in your "Pending credits"?

    Have you checked for pending credits? Click on Rewards Statement and any pending credits are at the bottom of the page.

    Finally managed to speak to someone at Valued Opinions on the phone and was told that the final stage survey is now closed, it's still saying that it's temporarily unavailable for me, but the chap I spoke to says it is definately closed.

    He took my email address and said he has been making a list of all the people who were having problems with the survey and will pass this to the project manager on Monday. I asked what will happen about the credit for this project but he didn't know as the project manager will be looking into the issues etc.

    What a carry on! With so many people experiencing problems with this, I can't see how they can not give any credit for the work completed but we shall have to see.

    I got through too, just a few minutes ago after reading this and thinking I'd have 'one more go' - same again - apparently they already had my email as someone who was having problems with the survey - wouldn't it have been nice if they'd have sent out an email or had something on the website apologising for the problems, acknowledging them and saying that they were doing something about it - just so we didn't have to rely on a third-party forum to know what was going on!!

  • Quite annoyed with VO, though I've never had any problems with them before. They sent a £10 Amazon gift certificate, only for me to find out that it had 'already been used'. I e-mailed Amazon who told me that this code has been used by someone else with a different account! So I've e-mailed VO asking for a replacement though not sure what they'll say. Tried phoning and couldn't get through. Hmmmm. Bit weird that the voicemail is just the name of someone and doesn't say anything about VO on it.

    Email received from Valued Opinions today stating that as I was unable to complete the post diary survey I will be added to the list of people who will receive the full credit. It will not show in pending but will be added within 28 days so will need to look out for that but assuming it credits ok then that is good news :T
