Yesterday, i logged on to the Valued Opinions website to check a few things as i hadn't received any survey invitations for a couple of weeks where once a day was the norm. I contacted them via their email form and received a response today with a copied and pasted section (email was clearly in two halves) stating:

"Our database has blocked your account because you have failed one or more of our quality control checks.

This may include giving answers within a survey that contradicted each other, doing the surveys too quickly to have read them correctly, putting the same answer for each question without reading the questions, i.e. clicking question 1 each time, or failing to put a typed response to a question if required."

So they are telling me i have done something wrong but nothing more specific. I had nearly £20 in rewards waiting to be claimed which had accumulated since last year. I have tried to log on today in order to claim a voucher only to find my account has now been deleted (as a result of my email enquiry possibly) meaning i have answered surveys over many, many months, all for nothing.
This exact thing happened to me a while ago - email them and state quite clearly that you have no idea what they are talking about and what exactly is the problem please? They reinstated me and warned me to be more careful in future without telling me what the hell I was supposed to have done! My best suspicion is one of those surveys where as soon as you select an option (such as age) it takes you through to the next page without pressing a button, stupid idea as its easy to click in the wrong circle or square as they are very small. All my earnings were still intact when I was reinstated.

Definitely get in touch with them, if its the first time it has happened to you then you should be reinstated :)

    Hi

Stuck on £9.50 with 2 rewards pending:( As soon as I'm paid the rest I'm off. VO take way too long to pay out.

stick with them - they are the best out there at the moment. ive just got another 40 quid from them, it they took 5 days to arrive - including a sunday. building my balance up is no problem as well.

unlike toluna or surveyhead for example.

  • I was doing well with VO.. ordered a John Lewis vouchers around 6 months ago.
Now 99% of the surveys they email to me have already closed when I click on the link! This doesn't matter if they sent the email 2 days ago, or 2 minutes!!!

What I do is just keep doing the surveys that way as they get added to your account you have a constant flow of rewards that are pending, so the delay does not matter too much.

Exactly want I do. I redeem as soon as I hit the £10 threshold and often have about £3/£4 pending still.

I have been a member since Jan but only started doing the surveys in April  and since April I have redeemed £10 Amazon, £20 Topshop and have another £10 Topshop voucher in the post. I still have £2.50 pending :). That's good enough for me :D

Just totalled all my surveys so far this year and it came to £34.25, and I seem to get screened out of the higher value ones.

I've made exactly £100 with VO since this January, £30 was for a diary I kept up for several months.

They're certainly my best payer, although it's regretable that they no longer do Tesco giftcard rewards.

Over the last 11 months I've earned £70 with VO, significantly down on the previous year's £150 .

My earnings have dropped over the last year as well - IPSOS are my current best payer.
