    I wouldn't expect that Tesco vouchers have expired. I also have a voucher and there is never any problem using them.

    Had £30 added yesterday, for completing a diary through the year. Would have preferred to spend on Tesco vouchers, but will have to check which others are available.

    Is anybody else getting the above message for the past few recent survey email requests??

    I have had a survey sent twice, has that scuppered my surveys after that??

    They are getting slower at awarding points too......

    Are you in the UK? Do you have a second subscription to VO? Is there any other reason why they might want to refuse you access?

    I was getting that message on every survey for a while (started just after I'd sent a query about something else, but that might be a coincidence). In the end I sent an email to complain about it and they apologised and said it was an error and that the flag or whatever had now been removed from my account. No problems since.

    Im quite enjoying VO, been a member bout 6 months now, redeemed 20 in argos vouchers, 10 in tesco ( :( ) and 8 quid still on my account, quite impressed, shop and scan are the only other ones similar is good rewards for me.

    Now I have a survey marked no reward!! (it was pending yesterday) I am thinking are V/O worth bothering with!??!

    Yesterday, i logged on to the Valued Opinions website to check a few things as i hadn't received any survey invitations for a couple of weeks where once a day was the norm. I contacted them via their email form and received a response today with a copied and pasted section (email was clearly in two halves) stating:



    "Our database has blocked your account because you have failed one or more of our quality control checks.

    This may include giving answers within a survey that contradicted each other, doing the surveys too quickly to have read them correctly, putting the same answer for each question without reading the questions, i.e. clicking question 1 each time, or failing to put a typed response to a question if required."



    So they are telling me i have done something wrong but nothing more specific. I had nearly £20 in rewards waiting to be claimed which had accumulated since last year. I have tried to log on today in order to claim a voucher only to find my account has now been deleted (as a result of my email enquiry possibly) meaning i have answered surveys over many, many months, all for nothing. :mad:
