I'm getting rather ticked off with VO, numerous surveys recently have had tech issues and crashed before the end and I've had credits take ages to show up in my pending credits and there are some credits from Early March still not on my rewards balance. I've only successfully managed to complete one survey in the past month and a half as either they crash or they say the survey has had enough participants and is now closed-one survey the other day this was 10 minutes after getting the email! Xx

I think everyone's panicking over nothing. The site's rewards statement section has been undergoing maintenance and issues on and off for a week or two (as recently as last night for me when it asked for a dev password, which an end user should never see) so I don't think its gonna be any more than the statement page just not updating/working properly whilst the code is being updated/fixed/fiddled with. If you're that worried, fire off an email and/or don't do any surveys till your balance is updated.
If they ever gave a sensible reply to an e-mail then I would agree - fire off an e-mail, but all my recent e-mails have had an identical auto-generated reply which tells me absolutely nothing.

I agree that customer service and site reliability have been very poor over recent months. Haven't had this "pending" problem, though.

Not too happy with £1 being offered for 25-minute surveys. I refuse to do those.

Thing is I find the expected times unreliable as they are, I've completed a 25 minute survey in 10 minutes and a 10 minute survey in 25 minutes before...

I have around 12 surveys not paid yet, they all say "Pending". I am refusing to do anymore surveys until all outstanding ones have been paid.

Twelve surveys is a lot. I have five listed as "Pending", going back to 3 April. What is the oldest date amongst your pending surveys? If they don't go further back than end March/early April, I wouldn't worry too much.

Is it commonplace to fully complete surveys on this website and then not get paid for them? Until today, all my surveys were "fully complete: rewards pending" but now one says "Fully complete: not rewarded."

I didn't realise this site lets you do full surveys and then doesn't pay you for them for whatever reason! I wouldn't waste half an hour completing the survey if i'm not even going to get the cash for it!

if we identify that a respondent is not honest in his/her approach to research, for example by providing meaningless answers or trying to do multiple completions of the same survey, we can not reward this respondent. However, withholding a reward from someone occurs very rarely and is only used as a means to stop the few dishonest people from spoiling the opportunity for everyone else.
