Just requested my fifth voucher in the last 5 months!! So I earn about £10 from them a month!! :) They normally arrive within 10 days so quite good.

That is so annoying when it happens, I've written to several survey panels when it has happened to me only to get meaningless standard replies. I've resigned from a couple of panels where I believe it is happening far too often. Screenouts should be at the beginning not the end. I know we don't get paid well for surveys anyway but I really object to them getting all that information for free. Some panels discard your information if you are screened out, Valued Opinions is not one of them.

I emailed VO and recieved the standard reply. When I responded pointing out that the response had nothing to do with my question/complaint they got back to me - no apology - but they've credited my account with the £2!! All sorted, and thought it important to say when they're good as well as when they're naughty!:T

What seems to happen with some survey panels is they buy a batch of vouchers and send them out when they have them, they seem to only get these batches when enough people have requested them (maybe they get some sort of a deal?). I think if your lucky and one of the final few needed to tip the balance and get them to order you get the vouchers sooner then others who were one of the first in the same group to order.

I think they must wait until someone orders and then hold off 28 days to see how many people they can get combined in the group before ordering, I doubt it takes 28 days for the order to go through when they decide to make it. (Thats my theory anyway!)

You could well be right here, thanks!

Was anyone invited to be on their food panel, starting the 8th? I received an e-mail to say:

You’ve been selected for the next stage is because you gave thoughtful and insightful responses to the questions in our previous study about Food. Therefore we’d like you to participate in an online community that we will be running for a few days, which will be very similar to an online forum or social network site, on behalf of our partner Brand Driver.
You would participate in a variety of tasks, which will be designed to find out more about you, particularly your attitude towards your health and health foods.

The community will run for 5 days from Tuesday the 8th May and there will be around 2-3 tasks posted each day. Each task will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Over the course of the 5 day community you will be expected to log on and complete at least one task a day but we would like you to complete as many as possible. We may from time to time follow up with you on specific tasks to see if you can complete them for us. As a thank you for meeting our requirements, you will receive £20 incentive from Valued Opinions at the end of the community.

You will receive an invite to the community on Tuesday the 8th of May.

But I never heard anything more. :(

I haven't completed any V O surveys for the past couple of days, but previously they have all appeared in 'pending' statements.

I think everyone's panicking over nothing. The site's rewards statement section has been undergoing maintenance and issues on and off for a week or two (as recently as last night for me when it asked for a dev password, which an end user should never see) so I don't think its gonna be any more than the statement page just not updating/working properly whilst the code is being updated/fixed/fiddled with. If you're that worried, fire off an email and/or don't do any surveys till your balance is updated.
