  • A few months ago valued opinions banned my account, I lost about £8 and thought nothing more of it. A few weeks ago I received some new survey invites and I'm back on (received a giftcard and everything) so don't despair anyone! Surveynetwork is my other favourite reward site so check that out also.
  • I have 2 queries on surveys I completed well over a month ago and have used the contact us button on the site but all I get back is an automated response which doesn't answer my particular query. I am getting very fed up with them. How do I get a personal answer?

i gererally find with them that the replys tend to be automated too although having said that if ive had a problem with a survey where i havnt been credited they have sorted it out very quickly

I emailed them a couple of times and they reactivated my account. They could not tell me what exactly I was supposed to have done, most likely explanation in my opinion is a contradictory answer on one of those surveys that move to the next page as soon as you click an answer, its too easy to make mistakes on those.

for 3 or 4 days now with nothing doing

seemed to happen as soon as i got to £9.75. is this a tactic to avoid paying out?

Er no, that one page being down briefly doesn't stop anything. Surveys still work, rewards are still claimable.

I've just spent over 30 minutes completing (or so I thought) the 'Travel' survey which should reward £2, only to be advised when I finished (the last few questions were the regular ones about education level, living arrangements) only to be advised 'we're sorry, you haven't qualified for this survey'!!! Checked my 'Participation History' where it confirms '

That is so annoying when it happens, I've written to several survey panels when it has happened to me only to get meaningless standard replies. I've resigned from a couple of panels where I believe it is happening far too often. Screenouts should be at the beginning not the end. I know we don't get paid well for surveys anyway but I really object to them getting all that information for free. Some panels discard your information if you are screened out, Valued Opinions is not one of them.

Hi all. Anyone know when VO send their vouchers out? I tend to order tesco vouchers and whenever i order them they seem to always take the full 28 days to arrive which is annoying! It would be nice to order the vouchers at the right time of the month to avoid waiting so long. Anyone with any ideas? Thanks.

What seems to happen with some survey panels is they buy a batch of vouchers and send them out when they have them, they seem to only get these batches when enough people have requested them (maybe they get some sort of a deal?). I think if your lucky and one of the final few needed to tip the balance and get them to order you get the vouchers sooner then others who were one of the first in the same group to order.

I think they must wait until someone orders and then hold off 28 days to see how many people they can get combined in the group before ordering, I doubt it takes 28 days for the order to go through when they decide to make it. (Thats my theory anyway!)
