Is anyone else having problems logging into VO? It was being a bit slow yesterday but any time I try going onto the website today I get an error message. I've tried Internet Explorer & Google Chrome but it's the same on both.

I've had the same problem. I've managed to access the site to do surveys via the email links, but as soon as I try to log in to check my account it's having a hissy fit and going on strike.
Must be the website having problems.

It's working for me but has been slow as hell today and yesterday, so probably a weekend of website maintenance coming up.

The Tesco card worked,so I'm happy. Another £10 amassed in just a couple of weeks (with no real effort- did a 50p profile survey on internet protection for children tonight in seconds - hope it pays!) - just waiting for it all to clear though....

Does anyone know how long it takes to receive an amazon voucher? I've been doing this for a while but I've completely forgotten how long they normally take to arrive. Ordered one on 15 May and still haven't received it

Pretty sure you can only get e-vouchers for Amazon from Valued Opinions, so it should arrive very quickly...the Valued Opinions website says "Your voucher code should arrive via email within 24 hours of you confirming your order. Please ensure your email address details are correct."

Thanks:beer:. I never realised or received an e-mail. Guess I'll not be receiving that at all, they're completely useless with replying to e-mails

Shame Tesco seems to have gone. I still have £30 in vouchers for them to use and it doesn't say an expiry date. Presume they are still good?

I got one today and the code came in about 2 minutes!
