Reading this I just checked my payments and they have averaged about the same each year of approx £80 and on target again this year for the same..£450 since joining ,so quite happy with that.

Getting VERY fed up with Valued opinions. I have had several issues and emailed and they do not respond. I have had a couple of the completed but not paid surveys which I have not complained about but I completed one the other day for a £1 and they have not paid me it says quota full even though I got to the end of it. I know it's only a £1 but it keeps happening so messaged them asking how quota can now say full as I have proof I completed. Bet I get kicked off or something.

I do not mind the money being slightly down but fed up of not being paid for completed work.

I never rush through surveys and have not had any issues on other companies so do not see why it would be a quality issue.

Anyone else come across issues with them responding?

Anyone else been doing the two week TV survey and been unable to access the survey the last two days? I've been completing nearly every day and now getting a survey unavailable message.

I just got on mine fine, have also completed every day. Have you tried from both the website and your email link?

TV Diary being working fine for me as well.

BTW what is the link to this ipsos survey website? And what other survey sites pay out well. VO is the only one i am with - building up money slowly... but everyone here seems to have made loads of money quickly!!!

It stopped working for me after three days. I've tried to access it numerous times through both the link and the site without success so I've sent them an error message.

I'm glad there's someone else with the problem who has emailed them, might result in some sort of response from them. Hopefully.

I completed the 14 day TV diary and today received and email congratulating me on completing the diary and to complete the final stage survey but when I try to access the survey a message comes up to the effect that my ID has been recorded as already registered for the project or inconsistencies with the profile data recorded. Anybody else had this problem?

I will not be a happy bunny if I don't get the reward after completing all that info. I'll try the link again tomorrow and see what happens and then message them if necessary.

hi, maybe not same sort of tv diary but i did do 1 ages ago and have a problem with the final survey so i rang them up and they manually added the money on. HTH
