They might have banned you then, I get surveys from them each day but i was not getting any for a few weeks and they told me i had been speeding in the surveys,.

Well fired off an email, got a pointless unrelated automated reply, fired off a second slightly arsey response and discover that my account "had become inactive". No explanation or apology. It just became inactive. All on it's own :wall:

Yes - mine was paid on 25th September.

If yours is missing, you first need to confirm what the status of this survey is in your 'Participation History' list - this shows if they've registered that you took part and completed the survey (this was survey No: 44156034).

If it shows you've participated, check your 'Rewards Statement' for 'Pending Credits' - it should be there. If not, an e-mail to Customer Services will be needed (or you could phone them).

If your participation is not recorded, or is recorded incorrectly (e.g. it might say 'not qualified', when you have completed it), again you'll need to e-mail C. Services and explain that you did complete it and would like the participation recorded and £5 paid.

This happened recently to me on the Media survey (£7.50 payout, and my Participation History was recorded incorrectly) and, though it took a couple of e-mails to sort out, VO did fix everything and I've received payment.
