Has anyone ever ordered John Lewis vouchers before? I was going to order 9 as I've been saving up for a while to put towards a TV over christmas, but I didn't realise they were posted to you, unlike the Amazon ones which are instant email.
Just wondering realistically how long they take to arrive? It says 28 days... don't think I can wait that long!!
I always go for JL vouchers and they always turn up ok. They don't take the full 28 days to arrive but I can't remember precisely how long, a couple of weeks maybe, probably longer this time of year.0 -

I always order paper vouchers from Valued Opinions. My last four orders all took between 9 and 16 days to arrive.0 -
Getting sick of this site now, before xmas I had a £3 survey I got thrown out of after the completed page. It actually said thanks submit then when I clicked it I got thanks but we have out full quota.
Then I took part in a TV diary that would not let me log in, every time I tried it told me I had already submitted the diary. I emailed the error on day one but still filled in the paper diary however heard nothing back support wise and after 3 emails asking me to please fill in my diary online which I still could not that was the last I heard £4.50 not received.
Just not want to take part in trial? Yep fill in all info inc name/addy then submit and told sorry quota reached. So no money for that one either. Not bothered if the trial is full but I am reaching the submit button and it keeps happening. Loosing faith. Anyone else having problems? The biggest issue I find with this site is their lack of interest to help. The responses if you do get them are not what you ask and I am yet to have an error sorted or money for a survey I took and completed sorted. It used to be one of the top they are not anymore for me its sad0 -
Well fired off an email, got a pointless unrelated automated reply, fired off a second slightly arsey response and discover that my account "had become inactive". No explanation or apology. It just became inactive. All on it's own :wall:
How does it become inactive? do they mean banned u?0 -

On a side note, Amazon vouchers are unavailable again. Back in 7-10 days according to their FB page.0 -
I've just had the following email from VO, anyone else had ever had an email like this?:We’re really sorry to have to tell you that your responses in survey 44113505 contained errors. This has nothing to do with right or wrong answers but with inconsistencies in the responses given. Our clients base their strategic decisions on the survey responses we collect; hence, it is crucial for us to provide 100% accurate information. We understand mistakes can happen and it is a shame that we were unable to pass your opinion on to our clients. Unfortunately, this is the second time in recent months that some of your survey responses haven’t passed our checks and if it happens again we might have to consider excluding your responses on a permanent basis.0

I've had one similar, but only the for the "first time". I was so angry that I emailed back because I read every question and answer honestly: how can I be inconsistant when I am answeeing what is correct for me?!
I don't think anything got resolved, they just emailed back expanding on the initial email and so I cashed out everything I was able to because I was starting to think this was some sort of scam. I let them know this at the same time. I also let them know I wanted proof of what I had done wrong, funnily enough, nothing came back that time.0 -

No, they never explained in any more detail than it had become "inactive" (their words). I'd been completing surveys regularly and they suddenly just stopped, could still log in to my account and everything else was working normally, just no surveys (for about two months). They fixed it straight away and it's been fine since but like I said, no further explanation or reasoning for how or why it became inactive was given.

I never had any email for the 'first time'. They have had an email back now stating I don't appreciate such accusations, with no explanation, when I've been a reliable and honest member for 3 years! (for all the good it'll do)0
