I was checking my spam folder for something else and I found three mails from valued opinions. I do not know how they got in there as I have had email from them before that did not go to spam. I guess that explains why I did not get any surveys from them for awhile. I'll be keeping a closer eye on what's in the spam folder from now on.

Anyone else have a problem with getting to the end of a survey and then getting the message to say you have been unsuccessful? Several times i have got to 100% on the bar and then had a message saying i have been screened out. A little peeved because lost about £6 because of this. Have emailed them and they never got back to me.
Its happened to me and I'm not surprised they never contacted you - Valued Opinions have the worst helpdesk out of all my survey panels, and I belong to around 20. They either don't reply or they answer a completely different question than the one you asked with a stock reply. They stopped sending me surveys and I got the stock and incomprehensible reply that was nothing to do with what I asked, they might as well not have bothered replying at all. I was going to email again but I'm fed up of them - they are worse than Toluna in some respects, Toluna might take a while to answer but at least I know they have actually read my message from the reply I get.

  • I completed the newspaper diary for March 2013. Not been paid the reward. Has Valued Opinions paid the £7.50 into anyone else's account or are they taking ages paying everyone?

When did you finish the diary? Diary/extended surveys usually take longer to pay, several weeks in my experience.

No, still waiting, but as JDP says it could easily be another 3 or 4 weeks to wait yet.

Thanks for the heads up. I finished the diary at the end of March. It's the first long one that I have done and wasn't sure whether it worth my time bombarding Valued Opinions asking where the pay is.

I'll repeat the same advice I just gave in another survey thread lol - give it about 4-6 weeks before querying it with them (though I have waited two months on one occasion).

Does anyone have an up to date telephone number for Valued Opinions? I've had a survey 'pending' on my statement forever. I used to be able speak to someone when dialling 020 7921 2400 or 020 7921 2261, but now I get a message 'The number you have dialled has not been recognised'. Emails invariably get a less than satisfactory response. Thanks.
