  • Apologies if this has been posted already, I dont have time to read the whole thread lol.

I was wondering if anyone could advise me regarding payouts. I have 2 £10 vouchers to claim and I wanted to make them both M&S vouchers to give to my Mum for when she does her food shopping next time she's there.

However the option on the payment page is saying it will send my vouchers to email, which I dont really want to do, I'd prefer to receive them by post if I'm giving them to someone else.
I dont particularly want to get them through email, print them off and then not be able to redeem them in store, if that makes sense.

    Thanks. x

Says "Use online or in store" so I am guessing you either have to select one or the other or it is a print out coupon sent to you via email?

Never used M&S vouchers but if in doubt contact them to ask!

I don't see the option to "use online or in store". I just clicked through to the "claim rewards" page like normal from the dashboard.
I double clicked the M&S logo to make it £20 to redeem, clicked continue, and got a message saying:

Your voucher code should arrive via email within 24 hours of you confirming your order. Please ensure your email address details are correct.

No further options to send to my address even though my home address is shown over on the left of the page.

I have emailed them, hoping I wont just get a stock response.

Here's the banner from the VO site:

Seems straightforward to me: voucher available online (i.e., e-voucher), and you can use it either in a shop or on their website.

i have used these M & S vouches instore with no problems. They are E gift cards with a code and PIN (for online use) on them.Print off for use in store & if you spend less than the value..then the balance remains on it and the receipt they give you shows what is still available to spend.
Doing them this way means you get them much quicker and avoids the risk of 'lost in the post'.
  • oh ok, I wasnt sure how it worked (obviously)

I will print them off and give them a go. Thanks. :)
  • Just to make everyone aware, you can access a PDF coupon via email for the M&S vouchers. Got email tonight saying the following:
Good news, we've received your rewards request. Please CLICK HERE to access a PDF of your Marks & Spencer e-Gift Card reward. You can use this voucher online or print it out and use in-store.

Please make sure you have read and understood Marks & Spencer e-Gift Card terms and conditions associated with ordering from them.
