I messaged them today to ask why I haven't received the follow up and if I should bother to continue to fill in the paper diary. I'll let you know if I get a reply, not holding out much hope though as they've been pretty slow in the past!

Recently so many survey links on VO have not been working....just load a blank page - anyone found this?

With the diary, i also never got a follow up but i think your supposed to use the same original link to access the online diary.

They do seem to be having an increasing number of site errors. I quite often get survey links that when I click through to just give a blank page with "Negative state -3" in the corner (probably a screen out but the site is erroring instead of redirecting to homepage). Plus the additional questions you often get on the VO site after completing or getting screened out, the "we may have a survey...." questions, I always get an error page when submitting answers for those and have been for weeks now. I did contact them to tell them about the site error and just got a completely unrelated reply - "we have credited your points manually"?! I did respond to this asking if they could respond to the ACTUAL message I sent and got no response at all (and error is still happening) so they clearly don't give a damn about users trying to help them by informing them of site errors and makes you wonder how much they care about those they actually have to PAY :undecided

The same for me with this message & I have also sent an email in the last few days but no reply.

Will post if I am luckier than you

Bah, any news of Amazon Vouchers? I *could* claim the money on M&S/Sainbury's vouchers, but that would be too sensible! (plus, I want books!)

I feel the same way :/
It's about time VO sorted the Amazon voucher situation out, they seem to be constantly running out. Was tempted to redeem mine as a Topshop voucher but it will probably only buy me a pair of socks...
