Been getting a lot of errors recently too.
Requested a £10 voucher 2 days ago and the email confirmation never came through, so obviously panicked, then sent them an email. Just got a reply...Dear Valued Opinions member,
There have been some issues with the email confirmations.
I can confirm the order was completed on the 29/5

Yeah, I decided to wait after I got to £10, thinking that by the time I get to £20, they'd be back, as it usually takes me AGES to earn £10. I'm almost at £20 now (£1.25 off! That's just 2/3 more surveys!), and the Amazon Vouchers are nowhere to be seen. Looks like I'm going to have to use those vouchers on Argos to get household stuff when one of my flatmates move, rather than use it for my wishlist!
They really, really need to sort out the Amazon situation.0 -

Not great news, but at least it sounds like it should be sorted in the near future.0
