    i spent ages doing a rubbish survey for 75p so i could claim my amazon voucher! damn them! tempted to go for a boots once but i need to buy a present from amazon...

    Been getting a lot of errors recently too.

    Requested a £10 voucher 2 days ago and the email confirmation never came through, so obviously panicked, then sent them an email. Just got a reply...

    Yeah, I decided to wait after I got to £10, thinking that by the time I get to £20, they'd be back, as it usually takes me AGES to earn £10. I'm almost at £20 now (£1.25 off! That's just 2/3 more surveys!), and the Amazon Vouchers are nowhere to be seen. Looks like I'm going to have to use those vouchers on Argos to get household stuff when one of my flatmates move, rather than use it for my wishlist!

    They really, really need to sort out the Amazon situation.

    Usually a couple of weeks if memory serves me right, certainly no more than three.

    VO are being absolutely useless at helping me with the problems I had taking the surveys on their phone app. I had two surveys and completed both of them multiple times but they don't appear to have submitted so I emailed explaining this and asked what to do/if I would be paid. I got a reply telling me to ignore the reminders if I had already completed the surveys. I replied saying that wasn't the problem I was having and asked them to reply to my actual query. A week later they've replied telling me to ignore the reminders again and ignored my query again. There's no sign of payment in my account and the flaming surveys are still showing on my app. I'd advise people not to bother with the app surveys until they can sort themselves out.
    i have same problem, i did the wine survey on my phone about 5 weeks ago but still not showing up in account. i e mailed them and usual answer please allow 28 days (which i did) and maybe longer as it takes them longer to gather the information from app surveys :(
    have now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving

    Please, hold on to your seats, I actually got a reply from Valued Opinions regarding Amazon vouchers!

    "We hope to have the voucher back in stock in the next few days.
    Sorry for the delay this is beyond our control."

    Not great news, but at least it sounds like it should be sorted in the near future.
