Tesco worked told me to F-OFF!!!!

I have had the card problem at Tesco - put card in one pump didn't work and then machine refused when putting it again. Was told of the only one card use rule and was told just to use the "pay at kiosk" option or use another card. No swearing at my Tesco, your experience it is not acceptable .0
-
Was it a debit card? Could you have gone to the supermarket cash machines to get cash?0
-
Apparantly at midnight the kiosk closes and the pumps change to 'pay at pump' only mode and when i returned from the supermarket after complaining this was the case! I always run my car nearly to empty before refilling (know i shouldnt!) so was really lucky i didnt run dry on the way home!
PS I've wrote to the chief exec of Tesco Sir Terry Leahy as the store manager hasnt even bothered to ring me. I mentioned in the letter i would be posting on this site and that it has a million users a month! Bad news travel fast!!!0 -

if so, follow Dan29's suggestion.
if I spoke to any cust. like that................. dismissal!!!!!!
someone i used to work with was sacked cos he told a customer to f*** off, i think he had been given a warning or two for other stuff but i think that in a lot of companies it is gross misconduct and you get your p45 for thatthings arent the way they were before, you wouldnt even recognise me anymore- not that you knew me back thenMercilessKiller wrote: »BH is my best mate too, its ok

I'd be utterly shocked by this kind of situation.
But, the OH and I use Shell garages to fill up - always friendly staff there
You should continue to persue this OP!!
DO NOT let it drop0 -
I agree - do not let this drop. If she thinks she's got away with it once, there's more of a chance she'll do it again.
I wouldn't feel in the least guilty if she got the sack - in fact I'd say she deserved it!Debt at Highest: £11,630.10 (May 2006) Debt now: £0.00 !!!!Married to the man of my dreams :A - Sat 2nd June 20070 -
Yep - report and keep going. A woman at Argos Direct once put the phone down on me, and I kept at it until she was reprimanded. Turned out it was her third warning and she got sacked. But they weren't keen on taking it that far until I contacted the head of CS and said I wasn;t going away until I was told what they'd done about her. DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

I once called currys to complain. All I wanted to know was when I was getting my item and they said they couldn't tell me, so I said let me speak to a manager, and he said 'f£cking customers' but I happened to be recording the call. Wrote to currys, enclosed a copy of the call and got £50 in vouchers, so not bad for something that never offended me really, but it was the principle, and truth be told I was thinking 'f£cking call centres!'
Do not let it drop, keep the pressure on and let them know how much you are offended, only you can know this, especially if you are a long term loyal customer who feels completely let down by an otherwise large and friendly retailer.

Petrol stations, as they are isolated, generally have cameras too. Just a thought. You should pursue as it is unacceptable.Boots Card - £17.53, Nectar Points - £15.06 - *Saving for Chrimbo*2015 Savings Fund - £2575.000

I've written to the chief exec ot tesco and will wait with baited breath for my £5 gift voucher! I dont want someone to get sacked as i've been there myself but still
I agree totally with not getting someone sacked but on the other hand she obviously doesn't want her job or like it to risk disciplinary action or dismissal. If i was still self employed and had a staff like that she would be taken off dealing with customers and given a job off the shop floor, after a warning. Tesco could lose hundreds of customers through one posting on a chat forum like this, Its time they started getting customer friendly again.0
