Volker Beckers is the CEO as indicated here at http://www.rwe.com/web/cms/en/97706/rwe-npower/about-us/management-team/volker-beckers/
He got the job during January 2010. Customer services will contact you.0 -

Hello All ,
I have just visited the website page and the link message has changed to show that the offer has been extended until July 12th....
Fingers crossed hopefully we should all get a chance of entering. Im sure some of my details were accepted orignally before the page crashed
My fridge in the fridge / freezer paacked up two weeks ago, and I have been using a standby fridge...0 -
The problem appears to be that Martin told us (probably in good faith) that this was a MSE excuslive offer, but there's absolutely nothing to stop any random person registering. The link's being sent around by email and social networking, and features on various "competition" and "freebie" sites, so no wonder demand is so high.
Personally I think it should only be open to people registered with MSE's forums - but I'm probably biased!0 -
FreedomSystems wrote: »FYI: You should NOT be turning off your main ADSL Point of Contact (for most people this will be the router supplied from their ISP). If an ADSL connection is dropped for whatever reason (telephone line down, power cut, you turnign it off), most ISP equipment in the exchange will think that your line has had a fault and will drop your syncronisation rate the next time you connect (or turn it back on) slowly degrading your connection until it is useless.
ADSL essentially MUST be on 24*7!
Are you sure?
Back in 2003 when I first got broadband from AOL at the time, it was just a modem with a USB connection to the PC. No separate power connection meaning the modem powered off every time the PC was shut down.0 -
Thanks for taking an interest in our 'free fridge' offer
We've had a fantastic response - it's great to see so many people interested in cutting back their energy use. Unfortunately, as a result, our website is experiencing a lot of traffic!
We are very sorry about the problems that have arisen and will be extending the offer until 12 July, so everyone will have time to apply.0 -
I still can't get the site to load...been trying since Wednesday morning. However, I do note that NPower are saying they'll extend the deadline til the 12th of July...0
