Thank you blue monkey thank you all so much for all your advice and help x x x
This is a wonderful forum and gives so much help I'm so grateful for it. I just thought I'd let you all know that this morning preloved emailed me to say that they have removed the listing! I sent them 25 photos of the damage so they have removed it, I am really happy now maybe that other girl won't go through with it, I have a feeling she may now try ebay, anyway I've done my best to prevent it.
I think getting a new dress is a good idea, I didn't think I would be able to a buy a new one for that money but it's good to know I have that option, I am going to do more research now and have a look at that website, thank you all again, Kim x

That is great news kim, sometimes it is worth persevering, lets hope another bride does not get ripped off. Let her try eBay - they will have her full address when someone wants to sue her. Did you send the email? You need to make sure she is put off doing it Mind you, I think she needs to be sued to stop her doing things like this again.

Now get on with your wedding preperations and good luck with everything. When are you getting married BTW? I got a gorgeous 2nd hand Ronald Joyce dress from a shop and had it adjusted, dress was £225 and alterations £30. The lady told me it was off the peg and worth £1400. I was very pleased!!

What an evil wicked b!tch you dealt with there!

How a bride could do that to another, I don't know.

I'm selling a wedding dress at the moment and there is a little hole in the lace, it's less than the size of a 5p piece, but I've mentioned it and put a photo on of it ~ I wouldn't dream of being so nasty to someone buying a dress for their big day.

I'm so glad it's all sorted now and you have your money back! xx
