    Evening my dearie,

  • He is completely correct Happy, its like my thoughts just spill out constantly and then suddenly its time to go back to work and not thinking.

I have just watched two episodes of Spartacus. Now I know I watch it mainly for the eye candy and it is good eye candy let me tell you! but actually its also quite moving That poor man, I know I get sucked into these things but he is such a good actor, I felt for him tonight. well his character. very good tv programme.

off to bed now. visiting a friend tomorrow and then the decluttering, shredding (of both types) plus everything else Happy mentioned begins in earnest

Over the past few weeks I've dipped in and out of your diary, but as you are now my clutter buddy today I've read it from the beginning.
Loads of things had me nodding in agreement.

The driving, I loathed driving lessons, hated them, everything about it, would rather have cleaned the toilet with a toothbrush than have a driving lesson, but as you know the independence is worth it.

The chocolate, I am deeply impressed that you have gone without. I read that the three day rule applies to chocolate too, once it's out of your system for 72 hours you can live chocolate free.

The man/tickle buddy thing, well apart from the complete Daniel Craig infatuation that I too suffer from I am totally with you on the finding myself having strange crushes on random men ! Last month it was David Villa from Spain.

The positive thinking, yep there is a limit. There has to be bad to be good, everything can't be stand alone positive, or it wouldn't be positive !

You are miles in front of me on the social thing though, you are getting out and about with friends, I find that hard. Mainly because I always feel too tired/can't be bothered to make the effort because 9/10 I really fancy an early night with my book once the dishwasher is on ! I'm quite a cellular person and once the children are sorted I really look forward to 'me' time.

Hope you are having a good day today :)

I am starting to think this challenge isn't just going to be about decluttering the house .... But also life.... I am kinda lucky though that I have a tickle buddy ... I don't know how I would manage without ... I know I would have shares in duracell for a start lol
  • Yep El, is all because of the Wake Up Call thang and the homework :)

I was enjoying that .... But it seemed no one wanted to finish it off so I thought I would leave it till there was a need lol
  • Oh El, I am always in need, particularly of a bit of motivational, internal questioning.

  • Morning all!

Yep, I have to go back to the Wake Up Challenge, since that is indeed what started all of this. very glad to have you guys for company xxxx

Now Week one of my hols has gone already!

I went to a wedding, saw my oldest friends, was a bit ill but ok now, really hurt my knee, had a couple of lazy days and spent yesterday with my best friend and her kids. Not bad AT ALL.

So now the hard work begins. It is raining which is a pain but it has to rain some time so a slight change of plans.

    1. declutter the bathroom
    2. find the paint for the bathroom
    3. dressed in old clothes to sand the bathroom walls
    4. I may paint them too, depends on Mum.

That is it. I am not going to do anything else. no pressure just the bathroom which I am quite looking forward to.

It should be cheap cos we have the paint from ages ago. I did have to buy a sander (little Mouse thing) but thats a long term investment....!
