Morning all
I have the most awful headache so bear with me if this makes not sense. I had to start it this morning though otherwise I worry I would forget everything I thought yesterday!
Aims
1. try one new thing every week.
2. keep a graditude diary.
3. declutter and create the room/living environment I want .
4. make time for myself every day.
5. Keep walking and losing weight.
6. pay off the debts.
7. eat the food I want to eat.
8. look after my pets properly.
Ok more explantion later, must get a move on to that place that keeps my pay cheque
Have a wonderful Monday people - it is possible
Love Buffy xxx

Hiya love, happy new diary.
Good list of aims there:TBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

Headache has gone - which is why I am in such a good mood despite a fairly bad day at work. My long time "friend" finally showed her true colours at a meeting today - was rude and patronising and talking over me. I wasn't surprised, I was expecting it to be honest, staff are rapidly falling in to two camps - for and against the management - I am against (in the vaguest terms - I honestly don't care at the moment) and she is for.
She will more then likely all apologies tomorrow but I know where I stand. And I have to say I did laugh. At first I was well upset, but then I thought about how stressed she is (more so then me) how she has hardly any friends and every inch of her life is planned out and I thought hmmm glad that isn't me.
What am I grateful for today?
1. That pot noodle doesn't always taste bad (last minute lunch)
2. I did my shopping
3. I have managed not to eat chocolate for 14 days.
4. I have a nice lunch tomorrow
5. I do have one good friend at work.
6. Mum has just made me a cup of tea
7. I completed one set of reports
8. I had a fab driving lesson and really felt like I was in control
Right I need to do some speed cleaning. see you all later
and thank you for the posts! very lovely

right I had some kind of fit which lead to me moving my furniture round - symbolic of a new start (how self helpy can you get!) and it only took two hours.
Living environment wise - I can now get to my desk, I can get to my window, Next thing to tackle is paper work..................ugh. And of course marking!!!!! But I am not going to panic about it all now. Instead I am going to make lunch for tomorrow have some cocoa feed the GPs and go to bed.
Oh and current debt total is £7876
Aims for tomorrow - up on time, empty and organise filing cabinet, attend various meetings and tutoring with a smile on my face.
Good night and God bless xxxxxNevertheless she persisted.0 -

its got to be done mumtoone, too many things have been wearing me down - not major things but stuff that actually in the final analysis won't matter. And in the wearing down it takes me away from the stuff I want to do and need to do.
And Hi Beanie xxxxxx
Having said that today has been a toughie with the PMA. My friend is avoiding me, I am still not doing enough work and am tired but can't sleep - hence the late night post.
Workwise it is just rubbish. the staff are all tense, back stabbing V scary.
I was late for work and never really caught up, I went to 2nd job, went to meeting, got back at 9, ate dinner too fast, spent the evening feeling sick, then about 1/2 an hour ago I chucked up like something out of the exorcist. I feel rotten. We had a spider run across the room too.
However my things to be grateful for
1. time spent with my very good friends (X2 at work)
2. my second job - lovely
3. sitting in bed watching charmed
4. drinking cocoa(only thing I am allowed chocolate wise.)
5. watching the guinea pigs eat dinner
6. Grey Anatomy ( Bookie if you are readin I am DVDing it for you )
7. A lift home
8. clothes sorted for tomorrow
9. bags sorted for tomorrow
10 mum offered to make my lunch (I threw up once I opened the fridge)
11.clean sheets.
Ok I am off to bed.
Spent a £1 on cherry coke today
