Now today was pretty fab

1. taught 4 good lessons! Met a new class for the first time and thought they were lovely. (this really should count for about five/six things on the list!)
2. Spoke up at a meeting - big mouth is back
3. Discovered one of my close colleagues agress with me on something - but really shut up as soon as the boss walked in. I knew it!!!
4. Arranged to go out Friday.
5. Had the BEST driving lesson.
6. I am now not going out on Sat (although may go to the lake) so can focus on room and decluttering


The only negatives - I forgot to do my marking, going off to do it now!! ............I might just go to bed actually and get up early tomorrow to do it.
and I did watch too much TV. I am seriously skint, so what did I do? hmmmm. online shopping - in my defence I have no make up left and the powder I am using makes my face come out in bumps. Also the bra situation is so uncomfortable so I ordered three new ones. part of saturday will be wardrobe and drawers sorting! I want an underwear drawer like Snags has. Mine are all black and white and boring.

any how do I have my cocoa?I think so (my NO chocolate is working well - I know some people think cocoa is chocolate but I have only (drool) given up the solid stuff and desserts )

Evening/morning buffy what a lovely positive diary, I will subscribe I saw some of your other posts on other threads re decluttering and I've just finishe Reading a book where one of the excersises was around decluttering il type it up for you tomorrow it may be of use it might not be :-) I love the gratitude list I go through mine everyday it keeps me positive :-) love the name btw
what also caught my eye was charmed i love it however I've exhausted the series now :-) anyway off to sleep il do my best to type the decluttering excersise x

Looks like you've stopped beating yourself up about stuff. Yaaaaay.

Glad to see you focussing on the positives. I'm sure this is one of the main reasons why Big Mouth is back in town

There's nothing wrong in speaking up for yourself and making your views known. What are they going to do? Make your life hell? They've already been trying to do that by the sounds of things and you have passed all the reviews they threw at you. If these came to the conclusion that you are a good and competent teacher, then why can't the management?

Hope you're feeling better now - and not feeling the pinch too much.

Today I am quite sad, its Father's Day and I really miss my Dad. I must get on tho. I had a day off yeserterday after Friday night - difficult night out with my friend - she isn't difficult! she is lovely, but we were discussing work and she explained some of the awful things that had been happening in her dept. Plus the head's latest plans(!). I just wanted a day with nothing in it IYSWIM. so yesterday was spent a sleep, some food, a walk, some tv.

However today must be different. I shall have breakfast, go for a walk and then get on with my jobs.

Hi buffy, glad you made use of you tube, I read the abraham hicks book ... I'm very much harv eker ATM with his jar system. I have a yellping doggy at the door so no sleep in lol :-/. Today i'm taking it easy. Don't let the politics at work grind you down pick them up and stick them in the fire haha. ((hugs)) buffy. I'm right there with you. That was the reason I went for my run today - my Dad was my original running-buddy so it only seemed right I drag my sorry ar$3 around the block a couple of times!

Sometimes I wish he had gotten me into tiddlywinks instead - far less effort required on those days where I want to remember him :rotfl:
