I just want to say I'm feeling the same. Got to get up and on with it. Sometimes I'm looking so inward it's suffocating. I know once I get on with 'stuff' I'll feel so much better.
Here's to beating the procrastination monster today

Today was ok. work was alright, bit by the seat of my pants to be honest. Its such a nervous place. I started off the morning being VERY ill, I still have a stomach ache now. I think it is stress caused by stuff with Mum - she is not being awful, just a little bit controlling and sort of annoying.
Work was like I said stressful. Then I went shopping, I spent money - that I REALLY don't have, but I also decluttered clothes yesterday and its bad people! I have given away loads. I have no jeans that fit and really live in M and S tops. all very boring.
I was feeling quite odd as had bumped in to a boy I used to teach who used to work for my ex. Shopping on auto pilot to be honest. Haven't seen him for ages, nor my ex. set me thinking, nearly made me late my driving lesson.
On my driving lesson, it wasn't bad, I don't like it and if I had any choice I wouldn't do it but I am going to have to or face alife relying on my BIL or more likely lots of cabs. I did ok.
Going down a fairly fast road very empty, who drives in the opposite direction - MY EX! in his very distinctive truck (with a woman
) I was really surprised, I haven't seen him in almost two years. It did knock me a bit. Had sort of forgotten how much I loved him. On the plus side the woman/girl wasn't very attractive!!
I feel VERY Odd about it tho. but hey ho lots to do.

Isnt it funny how you see people, dont assume anything that woman may have been a friend getting a lift home and she was probably not as pretty as you
...... clothes shopping is important much needed clothes are a necessity.. im glad you sorted out clothes thats very good on the decluttering front
chin up buffy ... i found my old dieay from 5 years ago and i was reading and remebering and it felt weird how time seems to fly ..... what do you do at work buffy ? do you teach a specific subject etc ?? x I AM A MONEY MAGNET, THEY ARE MAKING MORE MONEY FOR ME AS WE SPEAK:pMIKES MOB, DFW NERD 1071, DFW LHS 132!MIRACLES HAPPEN I'VE SEEN IT WITH MY OWN EYES. I have so many books, but don't actually follow any of them. I think I seriously need to get back in the Fly lady groove. She was by far the best.
Next weekend is a big party and then a wedding related shopping trip. Not a great deal of time this week. But with the 15 minute thing I will get stuff done.
see you all tomorrow
xxxx
I too find the 15 min thing helpful when I am feeling overwhelmed.Buffythedebtslayer wrote: »Rant alert.

I hate it when you beat yourself up so much - if you really added up all the things you do, you should be pleased with yourself. I also love the way you still create a gratitude list.
What a weird day for you. I see so many emotions going on for you the whole time - it must be so hard for you to be on this rollercoaster.Buffythedebtslayer wrote: »Today was ok. work was alright, bit by the seat of my pants to be honest. Buffy hon - mate to mate - you and I need to have a proper conversation about spending. I say this as one who does exactly the same as you. I too continue to spend on my CC and thinking it's okay. I keep a budget but find it hard to stick to it. For me, I find it hard to accept that I cannot spend. OH has exactly the same problem, we are going to have to deal with this when we start our new budget at the end of the month.
A little while ago you and I agreed to an ebay challenge in July once School hols start. I don't really like challenges as they can get too competitive and I walk away. How about we buddy each other and aim to not spend on the CC and stick to the budget after then next pay day!
I know we can both do it. YOu are soooooo close to the end and I don't want you to jeopardise those goals. This is a new diary full of positivity - lets get focused on getting rid of the debt and learning the right habits for us to manage properly being debt free!
Sorry - here I am challenging you on your thread. I do understand if you are not up for it - there is so much going on in your life.
Sending lots of hugs.

I am totally up for it - I hadn't forgotten our pre wedding chat
! I REALLY need someone to tear me away from the CC, I have been paying it off each month but what with various birthdays and my friend's wedding this month is frankly embarrassing. plus the money I owe Mum. Budget? what budget?
I have been decluttering and my room looks better. Got a fair bit to go through but doing it a bit at a time is good. I just waste my weekends other wise, I sit about thinking ooo I will start that later..........and never do!
To help with the sleep and the constant thinking I have ordered a sleep CD. I liked listening to the other Cds I have but I don't get to sleep any earlier because of them.
Mind you saying that I am shattered now (swopped two bits of furniture about looks better) so might sleep well tonight. Oh and my make up came - thank God!! I will not look shiny and horrible tomorrow!
Lovely to hear from you Urg xxxxNevertheless she persisted.0 -

OOps sorry Happy - didn't see you there! I don't know with him - I know him so well, its his day off and oh well its been so long he would move on. It stunned me really. I think the universe is trying to tell me something just don't know what!

Thank you hon
