Hello folks. haven't been around much been busy.
Just found out I have an observation next week. my boss is a TOTAL !!!!!!!, really nasty, WISH he would leave.
Still as it says in my sig, don't put a wishbone where your backbone should be so it is time to suck it up.
Haven't spent much money and am owed money from work (my other Boss is completely ACE) so although I did owe Mum all that money things should be better in August and it is only two weeks till pay day!
best get on with EVIL work.
hope all is well in your worlds diary readers see you at the weekend.

Buffy, is it possible to put him under observation so they can see what a mess he's making of things?
Just wondered. Probably wishful thinking though.
Hope you're okay.

Its the hardest thing George, cos lots of people think he is great, there are cracks but as he is the head's dream boat everyone papers over them.
I suppose if you saw the best in him you would just see him as really ambitious, whereas I tend to see it more as use everyone in sight to look good whilst doing as little work as possible and keeping your team in a state of permament fear of failure and paranoia. Its great.
But I really think I need to learn the lesson that I shouldn't just trust everyone I meet in my job and that actually I am good at my job and some dishonest kiss !!!! is not going to beat me.

Is there a case for harassment?
You had observations last year and passed them all - now they're starting again.
I know you probably don't want to rock the boat and are already keeping an eye out for daggers in the back - was wondering if there was a union rep you could discuss this with. Just don't like seeing you always having to defend yourself and your work. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
