I run a small but very hectic business that like many others is struggling to make ends meet in this austire economic climate.
Just over a year ago I agreed to a free trial by these scammers and as I never heard anything since, no adverts for approval, and certainly never got any extra sales via them, I forgot all about it.
Just had a call from my accountant asking if I knew what I was paying £150 a month for? I didn't even know I was, so I checked my bank statement and sure enough, every montyh for the past 12 months there is £150 debted.
I called the bank and they told me the money was be collected by a company called Worldwide Marketing Ltd. Seems like they have been helpingthemselves to our money every month.
I never agreed to this. They claim I did.
£1800 for what? NOTHING, ZILCH, NADA!!!
What can I do to stop these thieves?0 -
Ha, ha, ha!
Who thought it would be a good idea to put that pawn as my avatar? As if I don't feel bad enough over the situation as it is, without someone having to rub it in.0 -

What can I do to stop these thieves?
But ... however hectic the business, in hard times or in times of plenty, there is no substitute for regularly checking your own bank statement, is there?
It may not stop THESE thieves, although there is advice on this thread, but it will stop future plunderings a bit faster.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
Just called this afternoon by GLOBAL MARKETING OPTIONS whos parent company is Worldwide Marketing. If its the same company (and it sounds the same £100 + vat for a months advertising on facebook) please be aware they're using this new name. Check the website and you'll see Worldwide Marketing named at the bottom of the page.
GLOBAL MARKETING OPTIONS didn't come up on a search so luckily I nosed around a bit before handing over my hard earned cash. Hopefully putting this up will help others.:T0 -
I've heard about this happening lots in the past0

Wow!
I came across this thread via google when searching for others that have been scammed by Worldwide Marketing Solutions
Well they've scammed us too and reading this thread we are not alone.
Well I'm not wasting any more time, money & effort with these guys, I've already made a claim via MoneyClaimOnline. Has anyone else tried this, and if so did you get your money back?0
