I too paid for just 1 x ad through this Company. Since then they have taken money out of my account amounting to £150.00 my bank refunded this back to me then again the Company has taken another £330.00 from my account. I neither agreed or signed any contact with this Company. They certainly do not tell you this when you speak to them. Since the monies have been taken out I contacted the Company everybody I spoke to there are rude and they send out emails threatening to take you to court etc. The best way to deal with this Company is for all of us to petition the OFT and trading standards together. If everyone calls them and complains of their tactics then hopefully something will be done about this Company.

I had a call from these guys today - I was almost sucked in as I also was lead to believe it was Google and they would have my website on the first page of searches. The guy was very polite and seemed to know his stuff, I am just glad I asked him to email me the details before I would agree to go forward with a 31 day trial which I could pause at any time. He was making promises of 5 or 6 new clients per week and how I'd be so impressed I'd need to pause to be able to keep up with the demand.

On seeing the email I saw they are not affiliated with google at all and ironically googled them lol, found this thread and feel awful for all those who have been conned. Just wanted to say that there seems to be a theme here where NSM are claiming they recorded the call which is a binding contract... Did they ever say the call was recorded at the start of the conversation? They didn't to me, so you may well have ANOTHER get out clause there too! Good luck to all those who are struggling to get money back and stand your ground, these people are terrible for preying on people and so convincing too!

I've just had a phone call from this company offering me the same "fantastic offer" of instant appearance on Google blah blah blah... so being a bit on the cautious side I had a look on here and surprise surprise my suspicions were confirmed!:mad: :mad: Thank you yet again MSE!! You guys rock!! Off to give this company a rather blunt phone call...

I have just had my call back from NSM after they sent me details in an email yesterday on request from their first call.

I informed them I would not be taking up their offer and was asked if there was any particular reason. I told them I had googled them and seen all the bad press via this forum and their response was that there is a lot of bad press but it isn't necessarily true!!! He then went on to say he doesn't blame me for not wanting to proceed as he wouldn't either if he had read the forum.

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to you all for posting your experiences as this has stopped me falling into the trap. :T

Can those who got their money back through their bank please tell me how they did it?
I want to try to get my money back with the help of my bank and would be very grateful if some of you who have managed to do this could tell me how they did it?
Did your bank give you a refund if so how did you get it?
What did you say to or use to prove you had been defrauded because this horrible Worldwide Marketing Solutions company dont put much in writing.

Can anybody help me? I am being threatened with court action by Worldwide marketing. Like everybody else I feel sick to have been taken in by this scam. The bank cancelled my card and WWM are now chasing me for payments. I am unable to close my account until the balance is paid in full. But I was sold a 30 day ad on facebook which I could split across an entire year. The add has never been seen by anybody I know. How to we prove no ad was ever in place and how to I handle the court situation? I'm in a panic. I only started my business this year and this could wipe me out

They are still at it , this time its facebook, they take your money and then do completely nothing , not a thing just sit back and refuse to accept your e mail / phone calls /letters /carrier pigeon or any other form of communication to try and stop this con continuing, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE you may as well write your company name on £10 notes and throw them out the window , at least this way people will remember your business ,
Still waiting for google to contact me must be busy due to xmas , world wide solutions/ marketing /4 square or any other name they may be using are in most uk cities beware

I am in the same boat as every one else , i have lost enough money with these jokers , my bank has stopped furture payments , i very much doubt they will take me to court as they are just about working within the law, and as for recording phone calls , again i doubt it i think this would work against them rather than for them , if you are really worried talk to the cab or a lot of law firms will give you half an hours free advice , the complaints on here are just the tip of the ice burg , they will have to change their name again soon . and wont be able to chase any so called debt ,,,,, dont be bullied by these people thats how they make their money
