Way-hay! Well done, Jwil, nice to have a bit of luck like that. And I pick up 1p pieces all the time, I never ignore a coin lying on the road. :)

Indeed, look after the pennies and all that...

    I'm feeling exhausted again today.

I need to come up with a plan of action for making some extra cash this month, it would be nice to feel back on track with things again.

DH is working on Saturday so I shall have the day to myself. Wondering whether to do a boot sale myself, or whether to sort some stuff to list on ebay, or just potter about and take advantage of having the time to myself.

I think doing a car boot on your own is very hard work and you don't really even get to go to the loo! Is there a friend who might fancy doing a car boot with you?

Personally, I would go for a mixture of your last two options. :)

Way-hay, my ebay item has sold. I work it out to be just over £40 profit, good times!:D

AND the meeting I had this morning looks VERY promising for some new work - I think I'm in business.

The one I'm thinking of going to lets sellers in an hour before buyers, so I'd have time to have a mooch about and set up before people come in. It also only lasts a couple of hours so it's nice and short.

To be honest, I'm usually there most of the time on my own as DH is wandering around so it's not a huge issue, and I wouldn't take huge amounts.

I have just spotted that it's free listing again this weekend though....

    Ditto

If you're not feeling too good why not spend the time listing on Ebay and getting the stuff together to boot sale for another time and then rest this weekend. We all need time off to recharge our batteries.

Very true retiredandskint. I do really need to put some stuff on ebay, but I prefer booting, though it is tiring.

I think it's going to be a case of 'see how I feel when I get up' on Saturday! :)

    How's things going with you?
