Just requested £62.86 from Topcashback, so very pleased with that. Will pay it off my CC when it arrives in my account. I've also listed 4 books on amazon as well.

Last night managed to list 30 items on ebay! :j

28 on my account and 2 on Dh's. One of my items has a bid already - only £2, but it all counts!

I also sold 2 books last night so that's another £6.19 to the total.

We were hoping to boot again this weekend, but the weather is looking iffy so we'll have to see.

My 'small changes' to my diet have been going well so far this week.
    • I have: eaten breakfast at home every day :j
    • Upped my intake of vegetables every day :j
    • Made some 'healthy' meals :j
I have still eaten a lot of rubbish so it's not perfect, but according to the scales I have lost 6lb since Sunday :T:j:T. I've also felt a lot better so I'm going to carry on. It's worth noting that I have over 10st to lose so that's why I can manage to lose weight while still eating crap. I'm also well aware that most of that will be water and I still have to actually work on my diet to be successful. :o

    Hi Jwil,

Well done on the weight loss and good eating habits :T I am just off for a quick run - well i'll be slow but won't be going far :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Great news on the cashback too - i am hoping to get some next month i think - one direct from the company and 1 from cashback site - fingers crossed.

With the amazon vouchers do you mean when you get these you pay the cash equivalent off something? That is a good idea but my budget is so far beyond tight that this just won't be possible for me.

Right - this run won't do itself sadly :(

    Thanks DDFW :)

Yes, when I claim for an amazon voucher I'm going to try and pay the equivalent off the CC. Hopefully I'll have the spare cash to.

    Hope you enjoyed your run!

We've just come back from a boot sale. We decided last minute to go, just threw a few bits in the back of the car and came back £43 richer :j That was a little unexpected but very welcome!

Yesterday we did another boot sale so a few more £s for the pot there. I did add 17 books to my 'to be read' pile though :o

Feeling absolutely exhausted today. I haven't been sleeping well, and we were running around a lot over the weekend too.

DH's bits on ebay have sold really well, so he's pleased with that.

My bits go out tomorrow, thursday and Sunday, and I'm selling 6 items at the moment, so hopefully some more bids will roll in soon.

Redeemed £5 amazon from BP yesterday and just redeemed another £5 from a survey site today, so I will have to find £10 towards my credit card.

I contacted Egg this morning as they appear to be charging me interest on my 0% card . I have a message from them so I'll check that out when I go home. It's DD so I haven't paid late, but it's possible that one of my balance transfers did not go through on time. If so, it's annoying, but not the end of the world as the interest is still a LOT lower than it was. Hopefully they will tell me it's a mistake and not charge me anything though :p

I'm still shattered today. Was up early to pack ebay stuff before work.

I've had two responses from my CC regarding the interest - useless! They both just told me that balance transfers and purchases were 0% until 1st April so I was being charged for purchases after that. Obviously didn't look at my account, as the card has not been used since 24th January! So ANOTHER message has gone back asking why it says I will be charged interest next month

I've paid over £10 to my CC which covers the £10 in amazon vouchers I've redeemed this week. If I'm lucky I might get another £5 amazon voucher from BP this week, but otherwise I will be able to get that next week.

I've got a couple of items going out on ebay tonight so hopefully I'll get some more bids towards the end of the day.

Some paypal money has arrived in my other account, so I should be able to make another payment towards the CC later, I just couldn't be bothered to find my card this morning to make it then

DH is very pleased with his ebay sales, and some of the items are quite bulky so there's a decent amount of decluttering happened there. He has also sorted out nearly 200 items to go on as well so we'll have a big listing session soon I'm sure.

Have realised that I am just £8 away from being in the £174k's for debt and mortgage. Will have to hunt down that £8 tonight and make a payment.
