It will be fab to get rid of some more, and I have two items on my list already so it's a start!

Well done on your decluttering, and at least you know everything in that room is needed or wanted now!

Potatoes?? Just potatoes?? Seriously? Great for low cost, but not even anything with them? Bacon sandwiches here

  • Woo hoo I've access via Wi-Fi (long story why I don't during the week) so I can participate :T

I've used T-m**ile dongle for about 2 years now. My old one was brilliant but through constant use some of the connecting pins got bent. As the coverage was reasonably good, and I do need Internet access I tried one or two other networks but their range didn't cover my area so had to use T .... again. I've complained constantly but, of course, when I go to the shop it works perfectly

Good luck with your 100 items jwil and well done on the book sale. My OH has magazines in old suitcases under the spare beds :D I don't do clutter so have very few items taking up space. I've been busy on ebay and have 5 items listed. Three have got offers and several watchers and of the other two, one has a few watchers and the last item was only put on as 'you never know'.

:T:T on your decluttering DDFW. A person after my own heart.

    Woo hoo indeed :j

It's always even more annoying when you've used something before without problem, then suddenly start getting problems

I don't think I'll ever be a minimalist, but I dislike clutter more and more as time goes on. A large proportion of ours is inherited stuff so will be gone anyway eventually, but DH is a serious hoarder, so it's always going to be an issue. He is getting better though thanks to my 'gentle' persuasion :rotfl:

Good luck with your ebay sales, fingers crossed you get some good ones! The 'you never knows' are often the surprise ones, so here's hoping!

I've sold another book on amazon and another item on ebay, hurrah! :j

That works out to be another £7.12 towards the total!

Got some more ebay stuff going out today, but not holding out much hope for that as it is all relists.

Have started on the decluttering though!

Been pootling about a bit this morning.

    So far I have -
    • taken the dog out for a walk with DH, (the dog came home, collapsed in a heap in the middle room, then pulled a pair of my trousers off a chair they were hanging on, and wrapped himself in them :rotfl:)
    • Posted two ebay parcels and an amazon parcel
    • Checked out the veg boxes at the bottom of the fridge, threw away a manky bit of cucumber, and have slow roasted a load of tomatoes which are going past their best - so I will have some of these for lunch I think, probably with some feta or something.
    • Decluttered the telephone table - found 3 spare phones (!) so two have gone out for boot sale, and the third one has been kept in case of a power cut and our cordless ones won't work.
    • Washed a load of dishes
    • Hung up some washing
    • Boxed up some stuff that was loose for a boot sale
    • Removed the dog towels which were dumped in the hallway and found a new home for them in the porch.
    • Checked some old lottery tickets and hadn't won on any of them
    • Pulled out some old bank cards which need to be chopped up and disposed of.
    • DH has done a load of shredding which needed to be done, and got rid of some of his stuff from the front room :j

I've found a few more cards so I think I'm up to around 23 now, eek!

I decluttered another drawer and got rid of a few bits from there. Also watched a DVD and decluttered that :D It's a film of the book I sold on amazon yesterday, so I figured I'd watch it now and get rid of it too. Bit depressing really so glad it's gone. (Enduring Love by Ian McEwan).

Going to attack some magazines now I think!

Oh, I did sell one item on ebay today, so can add £5.99 :T

You are having a busy day, Jwil. :T

I have loads to do but have not managed to get too motivated so far.

OK, I am absolutely going to do something now, see y'all later. :)
