Hi everyone
Yesterday just felt like the longest day ever - sorry i didn;t get on here to speak to you all x
jwil - positive vibes that your car is fine - hope your hubby managed to fix it for youAnd winning £10 on a scratchcard !! :j:j:jGreat stuff !!
Unbelievably i'm still feeling yuck today - just had my coffee and nothing is tasting like it should
Fortunatly i can get up and about unlike last weekend so i feel on the cusp of a weekend where there are lots of things to be achievedThough sitting here on my free bingo you wouldn't think so would you? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Am actually fairly tired and typically on a day where i could have had a lie in as i had no p/t work, f/t work or MS's was the only day i could get an appointment for a blood test and it was first thing this morning  Lady who does it is lovely though - just my thyroid being checked
Am only tired due to spending the nights i should be asleep coughing or blowing my nose and then having to get up early. Hopefully all of this will right itself this week
Might suggest a museum trip tomorrow - if OH can't be persuaded i'll see if anyone else fancies it - it will be free after all

Hope you feel better soon DDFW. Try not to put too much pressure on yourself to achieve lots this weekend, just do what you feel like doing.
Trip to a museum sounds great!
I was still feeling rough yesterday so didn't manage to get anything listed on ebay for me - though I did do one item for DH that I had promised to do. So I will try and get some done tomorrow as DH has to work."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Hi Jwil,
I don't comment often but read every day and just want to say keep on doing what you are doing you will get there.
I wish I had half your energy to list on Ebay.
Good luck with your £10 a day challenge.Pay as much as you can in 2011- £3688.54/£6000Pay as much as you can in 2012 - £3190.96/£6000LBM - August 2010 - £19202.30Current - August 2012 - £11803.68Paid so far - £7398.620 -
I just went on to buy my Euromillions ticket for tomorrow night, and needed to update my card. Before I could do that, I had to empty my account, so used the £1 in there to buy a scratch card. I won £10 :j
So that's £10 towards my challenge, woo hoo!
£55/£1000 = £945 to go.
Yay. I would take that as a sign of good things to come.:D

Aw, DDFW, it's so rotten to feel so unwell all the time. Hope you're better soon and that you manage to get a decent night's sleep.0 -
If I can just catch up with this £1000 backlog, I will be back on track again, and have that bit extra cash. It will also mean that any extra I raise will go towards my debts, not just living. I'm determined to see if I can get there this month.
You can do it, Jwil, we are cheering you on! :j0 -

Thanks o2bfreeI have no energy really to list on ebay, just have to force myself to do it. It's a necessary evil though.

Well I'm up bright and early this morning as DH has gone to work. The dog has been walked, I've escalated that darned paypal dispute to let them decide, please cross everything to hope they don't find in the buyers favour! He asked for a partial refund which I've refused. I've made it clear that I will refund on return, but I have disagreed with the dispute, so paypal will now decide. Hopefully they will see he's done this to at least one other seller, so will agree he's taking the p*ss.
It's free listing on ebay this weekend, hurrah! But they've limited it to 100 items, oh what a shame. I am determined to get some bits on today though, so shout at me if I haven't later.
Got to dash into town first though to see if I can get DH's birthday gift to replace the one that was damaged. That seller hasn't even bothered to reply to my email asking for the address so I can return it  So I'm £25 out of pocket until that happens.
Have a good day everyone!"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0 -
Back from town now, and managed to get DH's present, and also spent £20 on bubble envelopes in poundland. I don't go in town very often so I like to stock up when I do
I also managed to park for free so pleased with that :j
Popped to the supermarket on the way home for some potatoes, but managed to spend more than planned, including a huge tray of strawberries. I've just had a lovely breakfast though of strawberries and yoghurt, so that's all good.
It's just occurred to me though, that the 100 free listings will include relists as well. So that does limit the amount I can put on as I have a lot of relists. Actually, just checked, and I have over 100 relists. What to do there
Hmm, as the market is usually flooded on free listing days, I think I will do my relists, then put some stuff on turbolister to upload some other time. I've checked DH's account and he's only got 40-odd relists so there's space on there, but I know he wants to put some stuff up as well.
I think I'll have a look through, and if there's anything I want to put on for a higher price, I will do those this weekend, and everything else, just leave for later. I don't mind paying for the first listing, but I prefer to relist for free."Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". I won £3 on Euromillions last night - does that count?:D:D:D
Oh well, it's rolled over again, so I shall invest £2 of that in the hope that I get £110 million back"Good financial planning is about not spending money on things that add no value to your life in order to have more money for the things that do". Eoin McGee0
