Paid another £6 today, split between the 3 ccs as before.

I am sooo tired today, did not sleep very well last night.

  • Morning jwil when you sell your books on Amazon do you sell under your proper name or user name like ebay. I'm registered with Amazon for buying but I do have some books I'd like to sell.

Hi retired, I have a user name for amazon sells, it's not my real name.

You're welcome! Amazon is easy to list, but you've got to be careful that you will make some money on the books, so double check the postage. They tell you how much you will get in total, so you have to be certain that will cover postage and any profit.

Ebay challenge sounds good, but looks like today is out now, so will try before the weekend.

I've decided what part I'll play in an ebay challenge. Currently I have 64 stars - I would like to get this to 100 before the end of the year.

I know 64 is not much and 100 isn't a huge target but not everyone leaves feedback and I don't have THAT much to sell. But it's a challenge so I'm going to give it a go. :)

That's a good target to have. When we started clearing the MILs house, I had about 250 stars on ebay (mostly from buying). Now, I am over 1220  Considering a lot of people don't leave feedback any more, and I don't very often buy any more, I dread to think how much I've actually sold!

Speaking of which, I've sold 3 items last night which is £8.47, and another book on amazon which is £9.72 to add to the total.

I'm going to try and sort some more ebay stuff out today, but I've got a lot of work I need to finish as well, so will see how that goes first.

There are most definitely not enough hours in the day. I'm not getting as much done as I'd hoped today.

The lovely chaps on the techie board are helping me speed up my computer - it's very old and can be very slow. Hopefully that will help once it's all done.

I am freezing cold! I've got lots of layers on and still chilly as anything. The cat decided to leave a 'present' on the back doormat - how kind!

The washing is hung out and it's rained since so that was helpful.

I have however, paid £2 towards my debts today, cashed in a £10 amazon voucher from a survey site and £1.16 in amazon from TopCashback

    Hi all

jwil - i've had to put a jumper on here too and about to make a cuppa to warm up a little :) well done on the sales :T but grr! to rain on laundry day!

peaceandfreedom - that sounds like a fab target for e-bay :T hmm... i'm thinking then if we all have our own individual goals mine could be to find 100 things to list and to get them listed - will give me a push in the right direction on the decluttering and moneys rolling in :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

My days never seem to have enough hours in them so am trying to hold off on the early nights / lie-ins to get things straighter here - and then i can get things done quicker and hopefully switch off and relax easier too :D

Well, it absolutely chucked it down last night. I just left the washing out. It was lovely sitting in the sun room though listening to it drumming on the roof and seeing it in the garden :)

It's lovely here today so DH is out on his bike hurrah! That gives me peace and quiet. Got to take the dog out, then this afternoon I am going to load a few bits in the car and go to the boot sale by the coast. In the mean time shall just potter about.
