Sorry, I'm having trouble posting the link, but if you check in the OS index, there is a section on slow cooking and the recipe is in there.
I think it's 2oz pudding rice, up to 2 oz sugar and 1.5 pints of milk. Put in the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 - 5 hours. You're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
I usually use 1 pint of milk to 2ozs rice and up to 2ozs sugar, otherwise it might be a bit runny.0

i've always frozen rice pudding.i wash the small plastic pots that you get yoghurts/deserts in rather than throw them away and put the rice pudding in them.then i just get them out the freezer as i need them.0

ooooh yes it's so yummy!
You can warm the milk if you started late and want to speed things up a bit.
Even made with UHT skimmed milk it's surprisingly creamy.
1 litre milk
100g pudding rice
about 65-70g sugar (recipes specifies 100g but i find thats far too sweet)
knob of butter
and a good grating of nutmeg
Takes about 4-5 hours in my SC.:wave:0
