OP- No-one is here to give you "lip" as you put it. In fact, I think you'll find that a lot of people on this thread have taken time out to give you some valuable advice.

Have just re read the whole thread and just can't understand were the op's atitude has come from. People have given sound and honest advice. Go figure!!

I always refund and then process the claim myself.

I treat my buyers with respect as I'd very much like them to buy from me again!

Just because you don't like some of the advice given to you...it's no reason to be as petty as you're being towards certain people.

There's always two sides ( at least ) to any discussion...just beacuse you don't like some of the replies doesn't mean they're wrong.

Just as well some of the people you've been snotty about don't respond in the same vein.......... I can imagine someone asking " who were the dummies for in the first place???? Maybe you .... since you must have lost yours when you kept spitting them out??"

That's not me saying that btw...just telling you what others might say......
