Just a general question!!! How long does it take to get defaults and what ratio of creditors have defaulted you... all or none etc
I only had a couple of defaults out of 12 and there was fairly straigh away. I think it doesn't matter if it was one or or 12 in terms of your record. Its shot for 6 years.

Happy birthday Twitty.
No postExcept for the ongoing saga with CFO that means still only 3 responses out of 32. Do you think it will be ok to send the statements we have to CCCS and the others when they arrive? Or should I wait until they all come, which could be ages?

I received a letter this morning from a solicitors, it was about an unpaid tax bill of hubbys that we were disputing (and kind of forgot about-good old inland revenue didn't though hey) We are going to call tax aid next month when hubby is home but if all else fails can we add it to our DMP? Or do the IR not generally accept terms of them??

Are you with CCCS? If so, I think they consider tax debts to be priority in the same way as your secured debts so you would probably need to reduce your DMP payments accordingly.

Is it ok If I join? I am just filling out my paperwork to start a DMP with payplan. Have already started receiving nasty letters from my creditors and am very concerned about the position of my bank account with the DMP as I changed to a safe account as they are also one of my creditors. Im charged £25 a month for the acc and this month the charge took me overdrawn as I have stopped all monies going in there. They have written to me to tell me they are charging me £10 for every day Im overdrawn? Will they agree to freeze this? or will I have to cover the charges and put £25 a month into the acc every month?DMP Mutual Support Thread Member 416
