No. See my post #232 above. (unless you have exchanged contracts by now of course)

No. See my post #232 above.

They apparently have an uneducated (but very satisfied) customer: "Thanks to Mr Jones now of the Investment Property Group my networth value on 5th April 2010 was £36,678,000. Not bad for a private investor with a three year investment stratergy!"

Dunno if Mr Jones knows Mr Brown or not, but for the few weeks that they’ve been in business, nearly £37 million is really going some! Have we missed the boat on this one? I didn’t see it on Martin’s email.

You mentioned Martins email - was that sarcasm or have I missed something that was circulated?

Except of course it's not a laughing matter.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

it is of no hardship to us to wait the 180 days as properties around here are not selling.

Inforeq, yet again you are completely changing your story!

We need a sale a.s.a.p due to our circimstances and just sitting with it on the market is too costly

I'm sorry but I don't know how anyone can take anything you say seriously.

The oddest thing is that your story seems to change to fit the latest incarnation of the IPG "contract".

what the hell are you on about yes its £10,000+ lower than the market value, we reduced our price by £15,000 to try and get a sale.

We need a sale for relocation purposes next year so a sale needs to be achieved a.sa.p

what the hell are you on about

To make it easier for you I've highlighted the pertinent bits in my earlier post.

A fortnight ago you said you needed a sale ASAP and had agreed a price under market value to complete by the end of the summer.

Today you are saying that it is no hardship for you to wait 6 months and that "if they dont complete in that time scale then the deal will be cancelled - we wont have to pay anything."

Quite simply your statements contradict each other but perhaps I'm missing something and you can explain how both (well three actually) statements are true?

Inforeq, have you met Mr Paul Brown, what was your immediate thoughts on him? Guess you must consider and believe he is genuine to have proceeded to next level? I didn't personally have the pleasure of his company for the brief few mins he visited my home.
