As I said, just reminding myself that I love it here really stops me getting all silly about it sometimes :o

LT, my allotment was actually 2 allotments! No idea how big, but on the large side of normal, it was an old, old plot, had to take a chainsaw to it cos it had been abandoned for 20 odd years  I confess to spending probably a couple of hours maybe 3 or 4 times a month, which just was not enough - might have been once i"d got on top of it, but not while it was still in that state! I barely ever got the blackberries cleared!

i love your blog Cheery, so very very Cheery, lovely photo's as well. i really need to take my camera places with me, it would so help when i want piccies for the scrapbook
i guess we're relatively lucky then as ours had only not been worked on for about 3 years, and is mostly covered with grass, weeds and parsnips. I think we feel so bad about our because appart from the person with the first half of our plot everyone else's looks perfect and all productive, no covering part of the ground for them. But then they have mostly been up there since the start about 13 years ago

Cheery it's time for me to make a confession - i may have cursed you a little bit on Saturday... I did level 2 of shred for the first time! I thought i was going to keel over and die. Can i just stick to level 1 forever? It's much easier. Did it again yesterday and it was just as hard - i'm only sticking with the easy woman for most of it too! :o

Apart from that i had a nice weekend, i hope everyone else did too!

Now, i really need to book this holiday with icelolly but i'm too scared to commit! :o
