I'd forgotten about the Great Underwear Project Daffs - how's it going? I saw a pair of knickers in Primark earlier on that FF would love - they had cows all over them! :D You've inspired me to sort out some of my nastier most elderly undies actually - I've already started getting rid of the grottier knickers, but Bras will have to wait until I can get some good replacements in the sales!

I SO need to join in this project, but I'm too broke for now. :(

You can guarantee it's first thing on my 'when I'm not broke list', though! ;)

Underwear project going good so far! :j :j Still working on 'basic' underwear drawer - beautiful and fabulous everyday wear :D Only got bras so far though (but now have my basic collection sorted), so looking forward to getting started on the bottom halves :D

PhD first though - everything will seem so much better once that's finished! :j :j
  • Who said you didn't 'need' wellies - essential every day gear - look at how often you're wearing them

Glad visit fun - car keys have a mind of their own and thats why we pay for aa/rac membership - be a shame not to use it on occassion!

What a lovely visit you had! Except for the car keys that we're not talking about .... how old are the nephews, Cheery, is it peep-bo or Monopoly type games? Lots of fun either way :)

Nephews are 4, 2 and 1 :D So lots of games involving balloons, trains, duplo, and rather frighteningly, Auntie Daffs doing a forward roll in the middle of the living room (wearing a skirt) :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :D:D

Just spent about 4 hours doing PhD :D Actually concentrating on it too! :D Bunged lots of things in conclusions chapter to work on on the train tomorrow. And went through final edit of Chapter 2, dealing with all supervisors comments, so that one's in the final version now, all done and dusted! :T :T :T (it's the only chapter in there so far, but it's a start, right?? :rotfl:)

Best go and get ready for work tomorrow now...

Yep, they had some of those as well! :D

Sounds like your collection is coming along nicely then Daffs - I've been astonished the difference it makes knowing that when I open the drawer what is in there will all be *fairly* respectable stuff. Nothing particularly fancy, but all decent. :o
