Sounds like you've had a fantastic break, so worth the nightmare journey up there.
I need to steal your ideas about goals and plans and things for the coming year. There is a lot I want to do this year so I need to try and formulate a proper plan.
I have started a diary, so I guess i can use that as a way of tracking my money and what I'm doing and stuff.
Anyway, Happy New Year to everyone. I had a really great one in a fab bar in London and then yesterday went to a friends house for a NYD gathering, very chilled but plenty of champagne which seemed to work a treat on my hangover!!!I've got my own flat :j:j
Now I have to pay the bills

Hey Daffs, Happy New Year, I'm glad you are enjoying your little holiday. I'm afraid I have stolen your future plan ideas and breaking it down into sections, it has really helped me. Right really must get on with my assignment!

It really does sound fabulous, doesn't it ... and fancy keeping the chickens so happy that they're producing that number of eggs! Well done Cheery and Mr Cheery!
Also, Cheery, it sounds like a lot more people than me have found your goals planning system very positive - see what a role model you are!
Enjoy your last few days there, sorry its ending for now .....2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
It's interesting to hear you talk about the weather Cheery, Pippi seems so used to it she just takes it in her stride!
I have rocks in my pockets! I talk enough about the weather to bore you all stupid - funny when I was off on my travels - I completely tuned out of the weather within a day - amazing what happens in 'normal' type of weather!
All fine here and hoping cheery has a lovely journey home. xxx

Hope you arrived home safely Cheery and Happy New Year. Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow -- Mary Anne Radmacher0

Phew you're back - well done
Don't forget to send me some kind of visual/info on the cheery pancake maker - you've inspired us all here - the kids were well impressed with the pancake surprises (fillings in pancakes how lovely!)
I hope you're still *holidaying*
And, I hope - no broken eggs - you're charges are laying even more (8 a day now - what a compliment!) - although why one was trying to go to bed in the byre by herself (Need you ask who?) but she's tucked up again with the others.
