Afternoon everyone.
I was woken at 5 this morning by the rain lashing down so got up, had a cuppa and watched Mary, Queen of Shops. That bakery has been in business 36 years you know.
I stupidly decided to go back to bed at 7 and woke up two hours later feeling cream crackered.
Pigpen - Trousers posted this morning 1st class, so hopefully they will get to you unlike the wellies I returned to ASOS. Picked up a lost item form from post office so hopefully Royal Snail will refund me for them.
Just finished my ironing and decluttered some jacket spuds and salad for lunch. Need to crack on with Monday and Tuesday's lists.
HHC 14:15 to 14:45 anyone?Twins, twice the laughs, twice the fun, twice the mess!:j:j0 -
Just watched Mary Queen of Shops.....how many years had that lady been in business....don't think I heard her mention it!!!! LOL
Needless to say no more flying has been done yet....perhaps I'll feel more motivated after a piece of chocolate cake.0 -

Last thing you heard from me was at 11:15am when I said I was going to work till 12:00 or however long it took in order to finish the Living Room.
Many thanks to whichever kind person it was who sent round the St Bernard at 1:30pm ... :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I'm happy to report that the Living Room is at last finished though I took a small break for lunch with DH, chatted on the phone and wrote and e-mail at one point...so I haven't really been working all that time.....;)

Apparently, I'm useless - I should have known that in addition to chicken pieces, crisps, yoghurt and a drink, DD2 also expected a sandwich in her packed lunch. So I snapped back 'have a bl***y school dinner then and stop having a go at me'.
Normal service is resumed...
Now considering forcible reallocation of bedrooms, so I get the big one again. Then she'll have to throw away more $$$$.
Bathroom cleaned top to bottom.
Might push vaccuum cleaner around living room later, but really CBA.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
