Vanilla - your sisters landlord if she is 3 months in arrears has to apply to the court to get them out. If he wants her out and not do the court thing; then he has to give them 2 months notice. Hope this helps

Still on catch up - well mega skimming of thread to be honest1

    I've also since saturday:-

ripped up manky downstairs hall carpet and underlay :j
    ripped up gripparods
painted fllorboards and skirtings white (3 coats )
Ordered a lovely runner from dunelm :T
Taken delivery of the last 25 boxes of gibble from my friends who stored it as I moved - why?? :(
Emptied all boxes, have 5 for charity shop, 3 for dump ooops, recycling centre , 10 still have books in them, and I need my bookcase from mums house - counting down, 19th June :D
Also have a big pile of empty boxes for the recycling centre

So, I'm feeling that I've managed to get a lot done. Hall feels lovely and clean and stuff for filling the gaps between the floorboards arrived today - some plasticy invention that you slide down and it opens up to fill the gap - should STOP the spiders coming up, and the draughts too :T. The carpet was old and had seen better days, some man made thing that clung to dog and cat hair like it was possessed

Helps that I have had yesterday and today off work - dont think I'll keep this up for the rest of the week somehow :rotfl:

    Til later!

I watched that last night, the owner was an absolute horror:eek: She was mean to just about everyone she met, and what a superiority complex!

I couldn't agree more. Fascinating viewing even DH was horrified and he really grumbled when I said I wanted to watch it.

I'm afraid I'm not getting very far today.:(

If I manage to clear and vaccuum the living room floor it will, at least be a start! OH is driving me mad - boxes of 'stuff' everywhere. He has been promising to go through them for ages - but I think he is just secretly adding to them. I would move them - but that's not really helping.

So, for the time being at least - I'm sticking to Level One and hopefully there will be 'floor' by the time I'm finished!

Monday's not looking too bad:D. Landing very vigorously hoovered and I did all the edges with the edging tool:D:D. She has gone to school now for a revision lesson and I've bagged up 4 black bags (what was on the floor in her room) and deposited them in the deepest, most spider infested corner of the garage. She will go balistic when she gets back but I'm fed up with mountains of washing suddenly appearing when she runs out of clothes to wear. She will no doubt do her usual of coming in 5 mins before she needs to go to work and will have a nasty shock when she can't find her work clothes.

Lady L - lovely to see you post.
Boddy - Soothing vibes for your Mammogram
Vanilla - Sorry your world is difficult (Hugs)
