    Afternoon all

Invigilating decluttered so about to have lunch and then I need to do a meal plan and pop to the shops.
I watched that last night, the owner was an absolute horror:eek: She was mean to just about everyone she met, and what a superiority complex!

She has been in business for 36 years don't you know :rotfl:
It was hilarious. I could not believe how rude she was to the that lovely baker they visited.

Lady Liberty love for you and hope talking wasn't too painful

    Boddy hugs for your DD

Mumto5 good luck for when she returns. I wonder if this will be another day when she doesn't go to work.

It's Slimming World for me today as I intend to be slim and gorgeous by the time I'm 47 (yeah, yeah).

LOL this could have been written by me as I am 46 on Thursday and Am going to restart SW next week - really wanted to go back this week but I have a birthday cake ordered for my birthday so I am going back next week

nannyboo1 - I'm also wondering what to do with the rest of my life especially with DD2 going up to secondary school in Sept - it's a big change for her and me! (and I'm going to have to teach her to tie a tie!).

you have achieved something at least 2 lovely children hubby and I haven't even managed that one and it is the one thing I feel sad about more than anything else as I always wanted at least 4 children

    Hi Greenbee

This stuff looks goiod and I dont see why it wouldn't work. Its called Stopgap and if you google it you will find their website. I was in despair on Sunday cos the woodfiller kept falling between the gaps, and I just dont have the patience for the paper maiche type solutions - instant fix me!! So I googled big gaps floorboards and up it popped!

I can PM you the link if you like - I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post it?

I'll be fitting the stuff later today so will let you know how I go - it looks very easy to do, you simply fold it and slide it into the gap - no mess, no tools - my kind of DIY!

    Hope that helps!

Have packed both girls off to bed this afternoon...DD1's got a chest infection and has been really tired and falling asleep every afternoon for the past few days so if she has a little sleep in bed this afternoon she might feel a bit better.

thanks to the fab ladies who organise this, once again am trying and not getting to far with flying. Weather drizzling and dull today, not the best for drying washing, daughter no2 wet bed last night. SPorts day tomorrow fingers crossed! Off to her tennis lesson now so will try and catch up with some of mondays jobs after I have collected no 1 daughter from school.
Am fooling myself that when youngest starts school after the summer I will have a lovely clean home....
