Ha,ha day only got worse. I brought spices back from Dubai ... So exciting. Luckily tried the Fahita mix I made with them all on the "sporty One" and I first. I can't tell you how hot. Inedible ...in the bin .... And worried about effects in the morning!!! Thank goodness we did not cook it for Christmad guests!

have finished Ds's throw, following Anakat and Chalkys photo's of their lovely ones. Its on my Ginnyknit blog if you care to pop over - feel free to comment on there, I get awful lonely :D

How kind of Anakat to send the hedgehog gloves, Im sure William will love them.

The snowpeeps went to a Christmas school fair with my friend today as they havent been out for days and were grumbling. Apparently quite few went home with other people  but the rest are coming back here for now :p

Those snowpeeps sure do get around - perhaps they should be sending us a post card of each destination! Ginnyknit love that throw - colour choices are perfect.......... it has a 3D effect - I can see I need to add that to the evergrowning list of things I would like to do - but not in 2013...... not enough time to finish the stuff I have on the go at the moment.

Rushing to get the last bit of knitting/crochet/sewing done and away
No update this week except to say I am still on the machine knit socks - when I really crack that one I shall be a happy bunny.
Hope you are all having a wonderful Sunday, staying warm and cosy

Hello everyone. I am glad I did not frighten anyone off with the ramblings.
PostScript ..... To spice incident. I actually think I burnt my gullet/oesophagus with that chilli mixture! It has been really sensitive since and I hate to mention it but the effect on the other end of my anatomy has not been pleasant either. I am going to get some of that priobiotic drink tomorrow. Nightmare... And it's not Jeans cake to blame I know that!!

Well I cleaned all my kitchen cupboards yesterday. So much better and then delivered all the gifts that have to go out and about today. So all going well. The mince pies are on tomorrow's list as well as a big pot of home made soup which should keep us going for a day or two. Dear friend who is coming then rang to say could she invite her son and his daughter to lunch as they would love to see us. So hey ho soup has to be good. Doh made soda bread today for the first time so I will get him to make another loaf.

No yeast,no kneading and a bit different... Perhaps that bicarbonate is not helping my anatomy either. Porridge tomorrow methinks!

I have now finished all my wrist warmers. Some pictures on blog. As are the amazing mittens from Annakat I am still smiling about them!!!!

Well I send love as ever. Thinking about lots of people who are not posting just now. Hope it's because you are busy doing nice things. If unwelcome Edna is visiting or you are just feeling a little low please have a virtual cuddle.

a friend who did a stall at fridays craft fayre kindly offered to have a basket on for me so more snowpeeps got sold along with a lily brooch.
my hairdresser has said she will have brooches bags and snowpeeps from me to sell as its for charity so thats really kind of her - must take them down tomorrow when shes open.
